Ramsey County Attorney John Choi is way too busy counting his $147,871.70 to be bothered with uncovering local corruption in the ranks of the so-called Ramsey Co. officials, isn't he?

He is, isn't he? Actually, County Attorney Choi is sending a strong signal that there two different sets of laws in lawless Ramsey Co., isn't he? He is, isn't he?

The message Choi is sending is this: There's one set of laws for Choi and Sheriff Bostrum and another set for myself and Andrew "Buttinski" Henderson, right? That's right, isn't it?

How can you trust any arrest, prosecution or conviction in lawless Ramsey Co. if Choi thinks that he is above the law, huh? You can't, can you?

As of Jan. 21, no unauthorized video cameras or audio recording devices will be permitted in county-owned buildings. That was the policy decision made by commissioners at their Jan. 21 board meeting. The policy also states that requests for exemptions can be made to the county coordinator. And one of the pieces in the puzzle was the information on Starbuck City Council Member Michael Moen, wasn't it?

And Starbuck's Chief of Police Jim Minion is illegally withholding that public data from me, isn't he? He is, isn't it? See links below.

So instead of "butting heads" with the fat tub of lard called Chief of Police Jim Minion I decided to go around him, didn't I? I did, didn't it?

I now have a certified copy of the criminal complaint Michael Dale Moen's criminal complaint, don't I? I do, don't I? It came from the Pope County Court Administrator's office, didn't it? It did, didn't it?

At $16.00 a pop it is not the cheapest way to go, is it? It isn't, is it? It is much better to get the data for free, isn't it? It is, isn't it? The best part of the free data is that they hate to give it to you for free, right? It is, isn't it?

But, sometimes you need to spend a big chunk of money for a valuable piece of the puzzle, don't you? You do, don't you?

Once I had the complaint in my hands I found out that the vast majority of the data for Starbuck City Council Member Michael Moen was being held by the Morris Police Dept., didn't I? I did, didn't I?

The written documentation showed up relatively quickly didn't it? However, they didn't want to email me the official audio record of the interrogation with Michael Moen, did they? They didn't, did they?

The battle for the audio went from December 17, 2013 until January 3, 2014, didn't it? It did, didn't it? And one of the reasons why I did receive the audio file via email was because of a data request that I submitted for Morris Area High School Principal Craig Peterson, isn't it? It is, isn't it? More on that later, okay?

The county employees referenced in your complaint were at your place of residence in response to interference with a 911 call. As a matter of policy, these calls require a mandatory response. As you are likely aware, 911 calls related to domestic abuse incidents are the most difficult and most lethal of all calls in which law enforcement respond. Officers literally put their lives in danger responding to these calls. They don't know which calls are going to turn out to be a child playing with the phone and which ones are going to be lethal domestic assault. Trish Klein, Itasca County Administrator. You said that responding to 911 is a matter of policy, didn't you? I want a copy of the Policy and Procedure manual for the Itasca County Sheriff's Office.

I also want a copy of the dispatch audio traffic and dispatch logs from 4:00 am to 10:00 am on July 24, 2013. 13.82 Comprehensive Law Enforcement Data. Subd. 4. Audio recording of 911 call.

Why do I want that? It just might be that Itasca County Sheriff has a policy on a mandatory response to 911 call for domestic abuse. However, it would appear that the application of that alleged policy is arbitrary and capricious:

It is a matter of the public record that the Itasca County Sheriff's department arbitrarily and capriciously applied this alleged policy in a July 24, 2103 in a 911 call the resulted in a murder, didn't it?

According to the criminal complaint, the Itasca County Sheriff’s Office received a 911 call around 9a.m. on July 24, reporting that Smith was dead in the bathtub of her Deer River home. ...The criminal complaint stated that authorities spoke with neighbors and that three of them reported hearing screams or cries around 4 a.m. that morning. One neighbor said he heard screams that woke him up, and he called law enforcement, which records show was around 4:24 a.m. The neighbor told investigators that he later saw a large person outside the Smith residence smoking a cigarette.
