Hey, lawless State of Minnesota, Morris is lurking & skulking, aren't they? Maybe they will send me the public data that they illegally refused to provide in the first lawful request? Is the Stevens county Sheriff's department trying to recruit some slanderers, stalkers & vigilantes? They are checking out the site that the slanderers, stalkers & vigilantes love to frequent, aren't they?
Remember that the slanderers, stalkers and vigilantes have worked with the corrupt local officials before, haven't they?
The corrupt local officials use the local dupes and dopes to spread misinformation, disinformation and bald-faced lies, don't they?
The corrupt local officials are the ones putting these lies into their pea-brains, aren't they?
The corrupt local officials just aren't smart enough to hide their connections with the stalkers, slanderers and vigilantes, are they?
The corrupt local officials got hooked up with the kind stalkers, slanderers and vigilantes that loved to brag about their connects with the corrupt officials, didn't they?

Hancock Police Chief Donald “Dead
Drunk” Heikkinen died a coward's death but was buried a “Hero”? It would appear that is what the public record reflects, wouldn't it?

It is really hard to pin down when “Dead
Drunk” Heikkinen died, isn't it? “Dead
Drunk” Heikkinen drowned on Sunday, September 4, 2011, but he really, really didn't die until Monday, September 5, 2011, did he?

Don their "Friend".
But, it is a good thing that there were "no" drugs or alcohol involved in “Dead
Drunk” Heikkinen's death, isn't there?
Hancock's only police officer,
Heikkinen had been chief for "a number of years," Willis
said. The Ramsey County Medical Examiner's Office will do an autopsy
to determine how Heikkinen died, while Willis' office will
investigate the incident. It's unclear why the boat capsized, said
the sheriff, adding that he had no indication Monday evening
that drugs or alcohol played a role in the incident.

Maybe “Dead
Drunk” Heikkinen was hiding soda pop in these beer cans?
I don't know why I, or anyone else, should be confused on the date of death when you have an "honest" medical examiner doing the autopsy, right?
"We know that Don wasn't that
comfortable swimming long distances," said Willis. There's no
indication that anyone on board was wearing a life vest, he said.

And you've been waiting for the "Coward" part, haven't you? It was revealed just a few short hours after “Dead
Drunk” Heikkinen's funeral (Cremation goes faster with a high blood alcohol content?) that Donny was a coward? “Dead
Drunk” Heikkinen "cuts & runs" on his best friend and his fellow boat enthusiasts in their hour of need? “Dead
Drunk” Heikkinen, who smokes 5 packs of cigarettes a day, is over-weight and can't swim, just decides to swim off (Like the dog did? Not really man's best friend if you are going to swim off and leave your friend behind, huh?) and leave everyone else to fend for themselves?
Where have I heard that scenario before? Hmm ...
Officer Reiter claimed he saw a white
male, approximately 6 feet tall wearing a dark colored hoodie
sweatshirt and jeans with a dark colored stocking cap standing near
the front of Officer Decker's squad car a few seconds later. Reiter
claimed he was pointing a handgun in a shooting position at him. The document read Reiter reverse out of
the parking lot to the east, and could see Decker lying on the
ground. Reiter then watched as the suspect walked to the west,
according to the document. Reiter claimed he “lost visual contact
with the suspect”.

Not really "Protect & Serve," is it? Probably the reason the Steven's County Sheriff's Dept. let that little "coward" detail wait until “Dead
Drunk” Heikkinen's funeral was safely over with, huh?
The only two people who gave recorded statements about “Dead
Drunk” Heikkinen's drowning gave them after the funeral on Friday, September 9, 2011 at 7:57pm & at 8:00pm? Sounds really, really suspicious, doesn't it?
Creative report writing at its finest, huh? More to come ...
