Minnesota's corrupt courts are a crime scene because public money is being misused to obstruct and pervert justice, aren't they? They are, aren't they?

Anna Marie Cass, 48, of Bovey is charged with two felony counts of interception of wire, electronic or oral communications in connection with an incident that occurred at the Itasca County Sheriff’s Office on Nov. 24, 2014. The criminal complaint was filed on Feb. 26 in Itasca County District Court. At the hearing, Koochiching County District Court Judge Charles LeDuc granted the prosecution’s request for no non-work-related contact between Cass and the two alleged victims in the incident. He also set the next court hearing in the case for Friday, April 24. ... Cass makes first appearance on charges Posted: Saturday, March 21, 2015 6:00 am By Lisa Rosemore Herald-Review

Chief Judge LeDuc is rigging the court calendar in Case No. 31-CR-15-571 State Of Minnesota vs (TRIAD/SALT Treasurer) Itasca Co. Admin. Records Anna Marie Cass so "Girl Friday" has the vast majority of her court dates fall on a Friday, isn't he? He is, isn't he?

Anna Cass faces two counts of interception of wire electronic or oral communications. The complaint centers on an alleged incident that took place back in November, and involves other Sheriff's department employees. The document said that Cass monitored a conversation between one of the people she supervises and another supervisor, while the two were speaking in an interview room at the department. Itasca Co. Special Assistant Itasca Co. Attorney/ Lake Co. Attorney Laura M. Auron is rigging the case for "Girl Friday" by suddenly and mysteriously realizing right before trial that she doesn't have statements from Itasca Co. Sheriff Vic "Good Ol' Boy #2" Williams, right? That's right, isn't it?

The complaint stated that Cass asked another clerical deputy to turn on the monitoring equipment and audio system for the interview room, then asked that clerical deputy to leave. ...The investigation was conducted by the Lake County Sheriff’s Office and is being prosecuted by the Lake County Attorney’s Office. Itasca County Sheriff Vic Williams said in an earlier interview that Cass has been placed on paid administrative leave as of March 6. Special Assistant Itasca Co. Attorney/ Lake Co. Attorney Laura M. Auron is rigging the case for "Girl Friday" by asking "Girl Friday's" defense attorney for mysteriously missing statements from Itasca Co. Sheriff Vic "Good Ol' Boy #2" Williams instead of asking her own Lake Co. Sheriff Carey Johnson for an explanation why he didn't interview "Girl Friday's" boss Vic Williams, right? That's right, isn't it? It is, isn't it?

According to the criminal complaint, Cass spoke to a clerical deputy she supervises about some of the deputy’s duties, upsetting her. The clerical deputy then spoke to another supervisor, who saw the deputy was upset and suggested they speak in an interview room. During the conversation, the supervisor noted that he was not the clerical deputy’s supervisor regarding the issues that concerned her that day. The supervisor later learned the conversation had been monitored by Cass. Cass faces two felony charges Posted: Sunday, March 8, 2015 6:00 am by Lisa Rosemore Grand Rapids Herald-Review

Special Assistant Itasca Co. Attorney/ Lake Co. Attorney Laura M. Auron and Lake Co. Sheriff Carey Johnson are playing dumb on the public's dime, aren't they? They are, aren't they?

Hanson stated that as a prosecutor, she has a duty to seek justice and “in this case, I believe that duty obligates me to conduct further investigation into the role Sheriff Victor Williams played in the incident that occurred in the Itasca County Sheriff’s Office on Nov. 24, 2014 that led to these charges ... I do not believe justice would be served by continuing to trial without this follow-up investigation.” The complaint alleged that Cass had monitored a conversation between a clerical deputy she supervised and another supervisor after Cass had spoken to the clerical deputy regarding some of her work duties. Charges against sheriff’s administrative officer are dismissed Posted: Wednesday, November 25, 2015 (Day before Thanksgiving) 8:27 am By Lisa Rosemore Herald-Review.
Special Assistant Itasca Co. Attorney/ Lake Co. Attorney Laura M. Auron and Lake Co. Sheriff Carey Johnson attempted to illegally withhold readily available free electronic public from me when I tried to expose their playing dumb act, didn't they? They did, didn't they?

The prosecutor handling the case, Lisa Hanson out of Lake County, asked to have the charge dismiss. She said in her affidavit she has learned of new information. And that new information, "When considered in what can reasonably be characterized as multiple and on-going attempts by Sheriff Williams to steer and influence the outcome of the independent criminal investigation, and discredit the complaining witnesses, causes me great concern." An Itasca County sheriff’s deputy has been cleared of any wrong-doing in connection with a shooting in Cohasset which left a man dead. The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension has completed its investigation into the Aug. 22 shooting death of Adams Russell Schneider, 31 of Cohasset and after a review by the Itasca County Attorney’s Office, it was determined that the use of deadly force in the Aug. 22 incident was justified.Deputy cleared in August shooting Posted: Monday, November 23, 2015 2:55 pm | Updated: 8:27 am, Wed Nov 25, 2015. Though the press aides and public relations officers of the world may be powerless to prevent some things about their clients from getting out at all, they may nonetheless have some control over when they get out. Reporters have long noticed a pattern of bad-news announcements happening at just the time when the story would be least likely to make an impact. They call it the news dump, and the conventional wisdom is that prime dumping times are Friday nights, the evenings before big holiday weekends, and days when events are occurring that are so momentous and captivating that the public will pay scant attention to anything else. http://thelede.blogs.nytimes.com/2008/11/04/days-when-news-can-go-unnoticed/?_r=0 Days When News Can Go Unnoticed By Anahad O'Connor, The Lede: The New york Times News Blog. Would it surprise you to hear that Roseau Co. Coordinator Jeff Pelowski and Roseau Co. Steve Gust have destroyed readily available free electronic public data for termination of Roseau Co. deputy sheriff Chad Maurstad? Hmm? Itasac Co. Administrator Trish (Klein) Harren used to work for Roseau Co, didn't she? Harren doesn't me to compare a by-the-book administrative investigation for Maurstad to her rigged investgation for Itasca Co. thieving Deputies Kyle Curtiss and Robert LeClair, does she? She doesn't, does, she?

Speaking of common criminals, I have all sorts of evidence that TRAID/SALT/Minnesota Sheriff's Association President Kelly Lake is illegally withholding all sorts of readily available free electronic public Chapter 13.82 Comprehensive Law Enforcement Data, Subd. 7. Criminal investigative data for the rigged criminal case for Carlton Co. Attorney Tommy “The Drunk” Pertler's drunk son Jack Thomas Pertler Case no. 09-CR-14-907, don't I? Plus, I have evidence that the past president Wabasha County Sheriff Rodney Bartsh is also illegally withholding readily available free electronic public Chapter 13.82 Comprehensive Law Enforcement Data, Subd. 7. Criminal investigative data from me, don't I? See attached. You also may want to ask "Good Ol' Boy #2" Williams why he is conspiring with the Minnesota Sheriff's Association (MSA) to try to threaten John Lom with malicious prosecution? See attached. Could you also ask "Good Ol' Boy #2" Williams why his TRIAD buddy Cass Co. Lt. L.S. Thompson turned off his audio recorder during a rigged interview with Itasca Co. Deputy Robert LeClair and his attorney Deborah Ellis? Special off-the-record treatment?

Speaking of special treatment, isn't it amazing how Itasca Co. Sheriff Vic William's "girl Friday" . . .  aka TRIAD/SALT Treasurer & Itasca Co. Admin./Records Anna Marie Cass received so much special treatment from you and from the corrupt court? Did you notice that Anna "girl Friday" Cass had almost all her major court events on a Friday? Friday is the prime dumping day to cover up the embarrassing and incriminating bad news for the corrupt local officials, like Vic, Anna and you, isn't it? It is, isn't it? So are you are going to have Vic investigate and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law or not? Also, are you going to illegally withhold "girl Friday" Cass' readily available free electronic public data or not? Inquiring minds want to know, don't they? They do, don't they? Oh, by the way, I still plan on releasing clear, precise and unquestionable (audio/video?) evidence that shows that 9th judicial district court cases (Itasca Co.?) are rigged, don't I? I do, don't I?

She said in her affidavit she has learned of new information. And that new information, "When considered in what can reasonably be characterized as multiple and on-going attempts by Sheriff Williams to steer and influence the outcome of the independent criminal investigation, and discredit the complaining witnesses, causes me great concern." But that she does not believe justice would be served to continue Cass' trial without a follow-up investigation into the role of Sheriff Williams. Charges Against Itasca Co. Sheriff's Dept.
