Dash Cam Video Of Drunk Driving Speeder Rep. Thomas Huntley Illegally Withheld By State Patrol? Colonel Kevin Daly & Messenger Boy Lt. Roeske Conspiring With Huntley To Dodge Data Requests? Rep. Huntley Demanding Super-Special Treatment On Dash Cam Video? State Patrol Has History Of Illegally Withholding Public Data, Don't They?

I was just hung up on by Jan Horner, Committee Legislative Assistant for Representative Thomas Huntley, wasn't I? I was, wasn't I?

Amazing how rude these people in positions of power can be, isn't I? It is, isn't it? Horner probably would have been nicer if I told her that she was being recorded, huh?

Rep. Tom Huntley told the News Tribune on Friday evening that he was arrested Feb. 2 on suspicion of driving while intoxicated. “I was guilty,” Huntley said. “I will plead guilty.” The longtime Duluth representative and former faculty member at the University of Minnesota Duluth was driving on Minnesota Highway 6 near Deerwood when he was pulled over at 4:47 p.m. by a Minnesota State Patrol officer for speeding. Huntley said he had been driving 8 mph over the limit. After talking with Huntley, 71, the trooper took a breath analysis and his initial blood-alcohol level showed a reading of 0.083, Huntley said. That’s just over the 0.08 limit to drive legally in the state. Duluth representative Huntley will plead guilty to DWI - Rep. Tom Huntley told the News Tribune on Friday evening that he was arrested Feb. 2 on suspicion of driving while intoxicated. By: Mike Creger , Duluth News Tribune Published February 09, 2013, 12:00 AM.

The important things are that I sent an email to Huntley and recorded the phone conversation with Huntley's staff, aren't they? They are, aren't they?

Statement from Rep. Winkler on DWI Immunity Bill
St Paul, MN – Today is the first committee deadline for policy bills in the Minnesota House of Representatives. A bill authored by Rep. Ryan Winkler (DFL – Golden Valley) to make legislators subject to DWI offenses during the Legislative Session has failed to meet that deadline. Rep. Winkler released the following statement.

“This bill was proposed by students as part of a project that encourages young people to get involved in the law making process. It has broad bipartisan support in the Legislature and I will continue to push it forward this session. Not only because these students have worked hard to ensure that it passes, but also because it addresses an outdated and unnecessary provision in our states constitution. No elected official is above the law.”

The "Go Fetch" game is for the co-called public servant to tell you to go run all around doing the so-called public servant's job, isn't it? It is, isn't it?

The "I Have No Knowledge Of That" game is where the so-called public servant makes the wild claims that they have no idea of what you are talking about - even though you have given them all sorts of clear, precise and unquestionable that there is no excuse that they shouldn't know all about your information, isn't it? It is, isn't it?

A Short List Of The Other People Who The State Patrol Are Illegally Withholding Public Data From - That I Know Of, Right?

Just more examples that there are two different sets of laws in Minnesota, right?

One set of laws for the people in positions of power; and a different set for everyone else, right? That's right, isn't it?

So the only way to expose this lawless situation (Two different sets of law is anarchy, isn't it?) is to document every single interactions with the promoters of the anarchy, isn't it? It is, isn't it?

Of course, you would want to call up as many of Rep. Thomas Huntley's fellow representatives and explain this lawlessness to them, wouldn't you? You would, wouldn't you?

And that is why all sorts of calls are going to be made to Rep. Thomas Huntley's fellow representatives before the session ends, isn't it? I'm sure Rep. Thomas Huntley will appreciate his career ending with a scandal, aren't I? I am, aren't I?

More to come . . .
