Apparently my message that the corrupt local officials in the questionable locker search of Alyssa Drescher can't be trusted has started to take root, hasn't it? It has, hasn't it?
“I just didn’t get it at first why they wanted to get me expelled,” she said. “This is the first mistake you made and you can’t say teenagers don’t make mistakes. Now I don’t trust as many people as I used to, and my teachers, I think differently of them now. They didn’t stand up for me. I would stand up for them.” Teen expelled over pocketknife used for chores; school pressed to reconsider zero-tolerance policy – Alyssa Drescher's expulsion from United South Central High School in Faribault County has prompted criticism of the punishment and zero-tolerance policy. Article by: STEVE BRANDT , Star Tribune, Updated: May 8, 2014 - 10:14 AM.
I was really starting to wonder when all I could hear from the reports that all Alyssa Drescher could do is blindly repeat the loony fairytale that K-9 Chester "alerted" to perfume & lotion, wasn't I?
Who trains a K-9 to alert on lotion & perfume, huh? No one, right? That's right, isn't it? Almost every female has either lotion and/or perfume in their purse, luggage, locker, car, etc, right? Strange that K-9 Chester would only "alert" to one female's locker during the questionable search, huh? However, they do train K-9's to detect bed bugs, don't they? They do, don't they?

K-9 Bed Bug Detection Services
Why Choose K-9 Inspections for Bed
Bugs?
The key to complete bed bug elimination
begins with proper identification of infested areas. While adult bed
bugs may be easier to identify, bed bug nymphs and eggs are very
difficult to locate, especially in early or light infestations. With
an adept sense of smell, K-9 scent detection dogs possess the unique
ability to detect bed bugs quickly and efficiently, with little
disruption to your home, office or hotel room.

K9 Unit
The DNR K9 unit has proved its
effectiveness and value in search and rescue operations,
handler/public protection, evidence recovery and game and fish
detection. Currently there are two K9 officers with dogs in the DNR,
Officer Kanieski and his dog Saber and Officer Muyres and his dog
Hunter. Saber and Hunter are German Shepherds imported from the Czech
Republic. The dogs and their handlers are trained to assist
conservation officers and other law enforcement agencies throughout
the state with:
Tracking of persons
Wildlife detection
Evidence recovery
Officer protection
Criminal apprehension
The use of specially trained dogs
increases the state's abilities to detect wildlife violations, find
trespassers and catch poachers. The K9 unit is primarily funded by
donations.
According to what I found, it only takes the K-9's a short period of time to be trained to detect those odor emitting creatures, doesn't it? It does, doesn't it? (Does a pocket knife emit an odor? It doesn't, does it?)
DNR conservation officer Travis Muyres
explained how the dogs were trained to sniff out the mussels. “It’s
a 5-week process of teaching the dog what the odor is, how to
actually search for the odor and then how to tell the handler that
it’s here, which is by sitting. That’s their alert,” Muyres
said. “The whole process, it’s very simple, from looking at it
from the outside: Dogs searching for an odor, when they find the
odor, they sit, so they get their toy. The only reason they’re
searching is to get their toy. But there’s a lot of technique and
hurdles you have to overcome to get to the success that we are at
now.” Minn. DNR Showcases Zebra Mussel-Sniffing Dogs by Kate

And unless Mapleton's Officer Laramy Lawson decided to train Chester to alert to pocket knives, over-due library books, lotion, and perfume, then Mapleton's K-9 Chester never gave a legitimate alert to Alyssa Drescher's locker, did he? He didn't, did he?

On a different note Mapleton Chief Ben Honsey, Wells Chief Jim Ratelle & Wells Superintendent Jerry Jensen have all "lawyered-up," haven't they? They have, haven't they?
It happened when I submitted the last requests for information to Mapleton Chief Ben Honsey & Wells Superintendent Jensen, didn't it? It did, didn't it?
The Thin-Blue Line/Wall of Silence has been erected, hasn't it? It has, hasn't it?
Why? Mapleton Chief Ben Honsey - Wells Chief Jim Ratelle & Wells Superintendent Jerry Jensen all know that anything that they say can and will be used against them in a court of law, don't they? They do, don't they?
And they have already made some really incriminating confessions already, haven't they? They have, haven't they?
Faribault Co. Sheriff Gormley Sends Nemmers Free Electronic Public Data Via U.S. Mail While Superintendent Jensen Provides Ample Evidence Of Lack Of Common Sense & Lack Of Ability To Be Frugal With Public's Money On Data Dodge?
Faribault Co. Sheriff Mike Gormely recently sent me some free public electronic data in the U.S. mail, didn't he? He did, didn't he?
And the only real reason Sheriff Gormley sent me the free electronic data is that he finally realized the futility of dodging my data requests, isn't it? It is, isn't it?
Sheriff Gromley learned that I am relentless in exposing so-called public servants who waste my valuable time, insult my intelligence and waste valuable public resources to illegally dodge my lawful data requests, didn't he? He did, didn't he?
It is a lesson that Wells Superintendent Jerry Jensen is starting to learn, isn't it? It is, isn't it?
Instead of being kind, courteous and helpful and sending me a copy of the public expulsion hearing for Alyssa Drescher Wells Superintendent Jerry Jensen decided to play dumb and tried to dodge my data request, didn't he? He did, didn't he?
Wells Superintendent Jerry Jensen wasted valuable public resources by asking the school's lawyer if it was okay to send me the audio when local television crews were allowed to record the hearing, didn't he? He did, didn't he?
And instead of just mailing me a copy of the audio, like Faribault Co. Sheriff Gormley did with the data from his data dodge, Wells Superintendent Jerry Jensen decided it would be better to waste even more of the public's money on a fool's errand to zip down the audio file, didn't he? He did, didn't he?
So now I have clear, precise and unquestionable proof that Wells Superintendent Jerry Jensen lacks the required judgment to discern and avoid a fool's errand, don't I? I do, don't I? Finally, I have clear, precise and unquestionable proof that Wells Superintendent Jerry Jensen uses the public's valuable resource to consult with the district's attorney to dodge data requests, don't I? I do, don't I? Mapleton Chief Ben Honsey, Wells Chief Jim Ratelle, and Wells Superintendent Jerry Jensen can't be trusted, can they? They can't, can they?
Final note: If you are holding your breath waiting for the threatened appeal of Alyssa Drescher's expulsion, then you should stop holding your breath, shouldn't you? You should, shouldn't you?
Chris Johnson is in the process of
writing an expulsion appeal to the Minnesota Department of Education,
but it will take a few weeks to complete. … “We need to take our
time and make sure our T's are crossed and i's are dotted so that
Alyssa gets the answer she deserves,” he said. Few expulsions
overturned by Department of Education By Amanda Dyslin. Makato Free
Press. May 10, 2014.
Janesville attorney Chris Johnson knows that the appeal won't work unless he calls the K-9 search of Alyssa's locker into question, doesn't he? He does, doesn't he? And Janesville attorney Chris Johnson isn't going to turn on his buddies, the cops, is he? He isn't, is he?
