Scandal Update On Alyssa Drescher's Suspicious K-9 Search? City Of Wells Still Making Illegal Demands To Dodge Data Requests? Council Member John P. Herman Fails To Report On Investigation Of Data Dodge Scam? Mapleton Police Chief Honsey Upset & Harassing Nemmers Over Request To Define "Alert"? Superintendent Jensen "Lawyered Up" Instead Of Sending Nemmers Public Expulsion Data?

Wow, I really upset Mapleton Chief of Police Honsey when I asked him to define the term "Alert" on the K-9 search form for the suspicious locker search for now expelled United South Central High School Student Alyssa Drescher, didn't I? I did, didn't I?

Why would Mapleton Chief of Police Honsey be upset if I asked him to define a simple term like "Alert," huh?

This document is required by Minnesota Statutes, section 13.03, subdivision 2(b). … How to Make a Data Request … Faribault County Sheriff’s Office cannot require you, as a member of the public, to identify yourself or explain the reason for your data request. However, depending on how you want us to process your request (if, for example, you want us to mail you copies of data), we may need some information about you. … If you do not understand some of the data (technical terminology, abbreviations, or acronyms), please let us know. We will give you an explanation if you ask. Data Practices Policy Guide for Members of the Public Requesting Information Faribault County Sheriff’s Office, page 3.

In fact, I'm allowed to ask for an explanation of any technical terminology, abbreviations, or acronyms in the data I receive, aren't I? I am, aren't I?

You see Mapleton Police Chief Honsey knows that the textbook definition of "Alert" and the meaning of the word "Alert" on the April 15, 2014 form don't mean the exact same thing, doesn't he? He does, doesn't he?

And that is why Mapleton Police Chief Honsey became hostile with me and implied that I was a "dumb ass," isn't it? It is, isn't it?

Mapleton Police Chief Honsey was hoping to intimidate me so I would stop asking those incriminating questions, right? That's right, isn't it?

And that is why petty dictator City of Wells City Administrator/Clerk/Treasurer Robin Leslie is still illegally withholding public data from me, right? That's right, isn't it?

And that is also why Wells Council member John P. Herman failed to report back to me on his supposed investigation of the data dodging scam being perpetrated by the City of Wells, isn't it? It is, isn't it?

And since I have not received the audio or video recording of the public expulsion hearing of Alyssa Drescher from Superintendent Jerry Jensen, then the reasonable suspicion (probable cause, right?) is that Jenson has taken district counsel's advice and "lawyered-up," isn't it? It is, isn't it?

Of course, if I figured this all out then how come Alyssa Drescher's lawyer Christopher Johnson didn't figure this all out, huh? Strange, isn't it? It is, isn't it?

Maybe attorney Christopher Johnson is a wolf in the fold of sheep, huh?

Oh, I forgot to mention that Superintendent Jerry Jensen admitted that not a single individual on the search team was video or audio taping the locker searches, didn't I? I did, didn't I?

Much of the hearing involved laying out the facts of the case. School liaison officer and former Mapletons Police Chief Rick Herman testified about the April 15 drug search at the high school, a trained police dog sniffing at lockers while students were kept in classrooms. About eight lockers attracted the dog’s interest, including Drescher’s. There were no drugs inside her locker (or any of the others searched), but Herman found a camouflage pocket knife at the bottom of a pocket in her purse. “He turned around and looked at me and said, ‘Mrs. Schlaak, we have an issue,’” Principal Kelly Schlaak testified. USC expels 'model student' for pocketknife Junior brought pocket knife to school By Mark Fischenich, The Mankato Free Press, April 24, 2014.

Sound really suspicious, doesn't it? It does, doesn't it?

More to come . . . .
