Hillbilly Justice In Morrison County? Morrison Co. Attorney Brian Middendorf & Little Falls City Attorney Antoinette "Toni" Wetzel Willfully Ignore Nemmers' Complaint Against Sheriff? "Toni" Wetzel Sheriff's Sister? Special Prosecutor Pete Orput Caught Rigging Byron Smith Murder Trial?

I called the backwoods City of Little Falls to find out why City Attorney Antoinette "Toni" Wetzel had wilfully refused to contact me about the complaint I filed against Morrison County Sheriff Michel Wetzel, didn't I?

 I did, didn't I?

And I suspected before I called that Little Falls City Attorney Antoinette "Toni" Wetzel was related to Morrison County Sheriff Michel Wetzel, didn't I? I did, didn't I?

And my suspicions were confirmed when I was informed that Little Falls City Attorney Antoinette "Toni" Wetzel was Morrison County Sheriff Michel Wetzel sister, weren't they? They were, weren't they?

Sounds like some sort of incestuous relationships going on in the local corrupt government, doesn't it? It does, doesn't it?

Must be why Morrison Co. Attorney Brian Middendorf chose Washington County Attorney Pete Orput as the special prosecutor for the Byron Smith murder trial,  huh? Only someone with backwoods thinking would select a prosecutor that has a well-documented history of rigging court cases, right?

The simple truth is that you can't trust any arrest, prosecution, or conviction in the backwoods haven of hillbilly justice called Morrison county, can you? You can't, can you?

Defense counsel Adam Johnson took issue with evidence he said was not made available to the defense including field notes, and computerized data recorded by Pearlson regarding the "muzzle to target" distance recovered from bullet fragments and bullet holes found in the clothes of Nick Brady and Haile Kifer. "That's a significant issue in this case," Johnson said. Defense in Byron Smith trial requests mistrial for second day in a row By Sarah Nelson Katzneberger, Posted: April 23, 2014 – 12:03pm.

[ACTIVE] Former DeputySheriff Convicted of Misconduct
County Attorney Pete Orput announced that a Washington County jury yesterday convicted Ricky Harry Gruber, 43, of Oakdale, of Misconduct by a Public Employee and Illegal Possession of Prescription Drugs. The case was prosecuted by Assistant County Attorney Tom Wedes. [Note: Blatant conflict of interest, isn't it?]

Gruber, a former Washington County Sheriff’s Deputy, was observed by hidden surveillance on February 6, 2013, removing the secure drug drum from the pharmaceutical drop-off box at the Washington County Sheriff’s office. The drug take-back bin is a public service that allows citizens to drop off used or unwanted medications and drugs to the sheriff’s office for proper environmental disposal.

After being observed taking the drug bin, Gruber was seen to bring it back 13 minutes later. He was arrested at that time. Gruber then admitted having stolen the key to the secure area, having made a copy for his own use. Gruber admitted that he took various prescription drugs from the drum and placed them in a red bag in his office in the sheriff’s department.

Sentencing is set for January 10, 2014, at 10:00 a.m.

Orput stated, “The Washington County Sheriff’s office is to be congratulated for its swift and sure response in investigating the crimes committed by one of their own deputies [Note: Blatant conflict of interest, isn't it?] Their professional response was responsible for our ability to bring him to justice. While it is disheartening when a law enforcement officer commits a crime, we can be reassured by the fact that they, too, will be brought to answer for their crime.”

Scandal Update On Alyssa Drescher's Suspicious K-9 Search? City Of Wells Still Making Illegal Demands To Dodge Data Requests? Council Member John P. Herman Fails To Report On Investigation Of Data Dodge Scam? Mapleton Police Chief Honsey Upset & Harassing Nemmers Over Request To Define "Alert"? Superintendent Jensen "Lawyered Up" Instead Of Sending Nemmers Public Expulsion Data?

Wow, I really upset Mapleton Chief of Police Honsey when I asked him to define the term "Alert" on the K-9 search form for the suspicious locker search for now expelled United South Central High School Student Alyssa Drescher, didn't I? I did, didn't I?

Why would Mapleton Chief of Police Honsey be upset if I asked him to define a simple term like "Alert," huh?

http://frcsd.org/index.php/component/content/article/1-site-news/75-data-practices-policy-

http://frcsd.org/images/stories/Public_DATA_request_form.pdf

This document is required by Minnesota Statutes, section 13.03, subdivision 2(b). … How to Make a Data Request … Faribault County Sheriff’s Office cannot require you, as a member of the public, to identify yourself or explain the reason for your data request. However, depending on how you want us to process your request (if, for example, you want us to mail you copies of data), we may need some information about you. … If you do not understand some of the data (technical terminology, abbreviations, or acronyms), please let us know. We will give you an explanation if you ask. Data Practices Policy Guide for Members of the Public Requesting Information Faribault County Sheriff’s Office, page 3.

In fact, I'm allowed to ask for an explanation of any technical terminology, abbreviations, or acronyms in the data I receive, aren't I? I am, aren't I?

You see Mapleton Police Chief Honsey knows that the textbook definition of "Alert" and the meaning of the word "Alert" on the April 15, 2014 form don't mean the exact same thing, doesn't he? He does, doesn't he?

And that is why Mapleton Police Chief Honsey became hostile with me and implied that I was a "dumb ass," isn't it? It is, isn't it?

Mapleton Police Chief Honsey was hoping to intimidate me so I would stop asking those incriminating questions, right? That's right, isn't it?

And that is why petty dictator City of Wells City Administrator/Clerk/Treasurer Robin Leslie is still illegally withholding public data from me, right? That's right, isn't it?

And that is also why Wells Council member John P. Herman failed to report back to me on his supposed investigation of the data dodging scam being perpetrated by the City of Wells, isn't it? It is, isn't it?

And since I have not received the audio or video recording of the public expulsion hearing of Alyssa Drescher from Superintendent Jerry Jensen, then the reasonable suspicion (probable cause, right?) is that Jenson has taken district counsel's advice and "lawyered-up," isn't it? It is, isn't it?

Of course, if I figured this all out then how come Alyssa Drescher's lawyer Christopher Johnson didn't figure this all out, huh? Strange, isn't it? It is, isn't it?

Maybe attorney Christopher Johnson is a wolf in the fold of sheep, huh?

Oh, I forgot to mention that Superintendent Jerry Jensen admitted that not a single individual on the search team was video or audio taping the locker searches, didn't I? I did, didn't I?

Much of the hearing involved laying out the facts of the case. School liaison officer and former Mapletons Police Chief Rick Herman testified about the April 15 drug search at the high school, a trained police dog sniffing at lockers while students were kept in classrooms. About eight lockers attracted the dog’s interest, including Drescher’s. There were no drugs inside her locker (or any of the others searched), but Herman found a camouflage pocket knife at the bottom of a pocket in her purse. “He turned around and looked at me and said, ‘Mrs. Schlaak, we have an issue,’” Principal Kelly Schlaak testified. Sound really suspicious, doesn't it? It does, doesn't it?

City Of Wells Data Dodging Scam For Expelled Student Alyssa Drescher? Petty Dictator Leslie Dictates That Nemmers Fill Out Retarded City Form To Get Data Emailed To Him? Yet, Petty Dictator Leslie Gives Nemmers Public Data Over Phone Without Filling Out Form?

Data Dodging Alert! The City of Wells has their petty dictator City Administrator/Clerk/Treasurer Robin Leslie trying to cover Chief Jim Ratelle's crooked ass, don't they? Petty dictator Leslie is trying to prevent me from getting free electronic public data in expelled United South Central student Alyssa Drescher's case, isn't she? She is, isn't she?

Alyssa Drescher, 17, is facing a 12-month expulsion after authorities found the knife during a random drug search April 15. A drug-sniffing dog was reportedly alerted to her locker — and ultimately her purse — from her lotion and her perfume inside. Though police did not find drugs, they found the three-inch knife in her purse. Residents come out to support USC student By Sarah Stultz Albert Lea Tribune. Monday, April 21, 2014.

The scam is to force me to fill out a retarded form which is in violation of the MN Data Practice Act, right? It is, isn't it?

First of all, there is no law that says that I have to give them any information about me at all, right? Second of all, my form which I signed has all my contact information, doesn't it? Finally, this is just a data dodging scam since the City of Wells has all sorts of things to hide with the questionable search of Alyssa Drescher's locker, right? That is right, isn't it?

Faribault County Sheriff’s Office cannot require you, as a member of the public, to identify yourself or explain the reason for your data request. However, depending on how you want us to process your request (if, for example, you want us to mail you copies of data), we may need some information about you. If you choose not to give us any identifying information, we will provide you with contact information so you may check on the status of your request. In addition, please keep in mind that if we do not understand your request and have no way to contact you, we will not be able to begin processing your request. http://frcsd.org/index.php/component/content/article/1-site-news/75-data-practices-policy-

Petty dictator Leslie is just hoping that she can delay the data until Alyssa Drescher's appeal is over, isn't she? She is, isn't she?

Illegally withholding evidence is the key to winning rigged expulsion hearings and trumped-up charges at administrative hearing in jail, isn't it? It is, isn't it?

Lion News: Exclusive -- Suppressed Video Of Malicious Inciting Riot Charge At Sherburne Co. Jail?

Must be why Superintendent Jerry Jensen was having so many problem finding my emailed data requests, huh?

Allegedly my data requests ended up in Superintendent Jensen's "quarantine" and "spam," right? That was Superintendent Jensen's fairytale, wasn't it? It was, wasn't it?

The police K-9 was alerted to her locker initially because of lotions and perfumes inside. USC school board expels student for rest of school year By Sarah Stultz Albert Lea Tribune. Thursday, April 24, 2014.

Superintendent Jensen's fairytale goes like this: Recently the school upped it's security for viruses so my multiple data requests failed to enter and/or failed to remain in Superintendent Jensen's email box, right? However, all sorts of other legitimate emails were ending up there also, right? That's right, isn't it? It is, isn't it?

If Superintendent Jensen's fairytale was true, then why wasn't Jensen checking his "quarantine" and "spam" for legitimate emails prior to my calls, huh?

And then Superintendent Jensen had some "memory problems" when it came to fulfilling my data request, right? He did, didn't he?

So there are all sorts of suspects who are engaging in suspect activities who have motives to delay my data requests, aren't there? There are, aren't there?

You can always tell when there is a cover-up when the stonewall starts hitting you in face, can't you? You can, can't you?

On Friday, April 25, 2014 I submitted data requests to United South Central Superintendent Jerry Jensen, Wells Police Chief Jim Ratelle and Faribault County Sheriff Michael S. Gormley, didn't I? I did, didn't I? I did, didn't I?

The police K-9 was alerted to her locker initially because of lotions and perfumes inside. USC school board expels student for rest of school year By Sarah Stultz Albert Lea Tribune. Thursday, April 24, 2014.

And even though I sent my request to Sheriff Gormley, he was the only one to respond on Friday, April 25, 2014, wasn't he? He was, wasn't he?

The Sheriff actually emailed me at about 10:00pm on Friday night, didn't he? He did, didn't he?

And even though Superintendent Jensen was doing interviews with KAAL-TV on Friday, April 25, 2014, he did answer my emails, did he? He didn't, did he?
