And since it is a matter of the public record that Carlton County Attorney Thomas "The Drunk" Pertler was convicted of a gross misdemeanor, then the corrupt so-called County Commissioners should have exercised every option at their disposal to have "Drunk" Pertler removed from office, shouldn't they?
Minnesota Statutes,13.09 Penalties. Any person who willfully violates the provisions of this chapter or any rules adopted under this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor. Willful violation of this chapter by any public employee constitutes just cause for suspension without pay or dismissal of the public employee.
However, the corrupt county commissioners didn't exercise every option at their disposal, did they? They didn't, did they? In fact, it is a well-documented fact that they gave Carlton County Attorney Thomas "The Drunk" Pertler the "sweetheart treatment," isn't it? It is, isn't it?
The people of Carlton County shouldn't be asking if they have common criminals for public servants, should they? Instead, they should be asking how many of their public servants are common criminals, shouldn't they?
