Transcript of the Omnibus hearing of April 9, 2013:

Itasca Deputy Robert LeClair starts his lying here, doesn't he?

A Superior To Inferior View Thru Ejector Port Of An Automatic Pistol Would Show:
  1. The bullets with a loaded magazine/clip seated in the pistol, wouldn't it?
  2. The magazine/clip seated in the pistol, wouldn't it? (Or darkness from a distance, right?)
  3. A clear view from the ejector port through to the butt of the gun with no magazine/clip seated in the pistol, correct? (Or light from a distance, right?)
How could a trained observer miss that, huh? Sounds suspicious, doesn't it?
