County, huh? You have a real challenge trying to match so-called
Judge Jon Stafsholt's record of due process violations and criminal
activity, don't you? You do, don't you? But, I am sure you will rise
to the occasion, aren't I? According to the rag called the Pope
County Tribune it sounds like your “Perjury Palace” is on
probation, doesn't it?

possibility Pope County may
lose
a chambered judge.
With the retirement of Judge Jon Stafsholt, seated in Glenwood, the
seat may be moved to Rochester. Pope County to make its

would assume that my reporting of all the due process violations and
blatant criminal activity perpetrated by the officers of the rigged

is a matter of the public record that Neil Nelson is partner at the
law firm of Obenland, Roth & Nelson, isn't it? It is also a
matter of the public record that Neil Nelson is the Pope County
Attorney and Assistant Glenwood City Attorney, isn't it?
As
the Pope County Attorney and Assistant Glenwood City Attorney he also
prosecutes most of the crimes that occur in Pope County.

is also a matter of the public record that Glenwood City Attorney
Bruce Obenland informed Glenwood's
City Council member Kyle
Thompson that he could not represent Thompson in the upcoming Case
No. 61-CR-11-623 because
of a conflict of interest, isn't it?
While
I was still at the scene, Kyle Thompson, according to Deputy Owen had
advised that he would like to have legal representation. At
approximately 0206 hours, Attorney Bruce Obeland had called and had
advised Kyle Thompson that he could not represent him as there was a
conflict of interest.

is also a matter of the public record that Nelson willfully and
intentionally prosecuted Case No. 61-CR-11-623 with full knowledge of
this conflict of interest, isn't it?

County Attorney Neil Nelson said the city council member won't get
any special treatment during his prosecution. “My office will
treat him the exact same way we would treat anybody else who is

was represented by attorney Kevin W. DeVore. Pope County Attorney
Neil Nelson was the attorney
for the state. “Given

I always respect the decision of the jury.”
