It is bad enough that I am currently being harassed by the Pope County Auditor/Treasurer Donna Quandt, but now I am being harassed by so-called Judge Rod Hanson's staff. Yesterday, I was trying to get some public information over the phone from the Pope County Court Administrator's office. This is the passive-aggressive behavior that I was subjected to: 1. left on hold for over five (5) minutes, 2. denied access to public information and 3. was hung-up on by Administrator Sandee Tollefson numerous times. Here are is the clear precise and unquestionable evidence:

You would think that a court that is on probation would at least make an attempt to act according to the law, wouldn't you? You would, wouldn't you? Lawless Pope Co. thinks that they are above the law, don't they?

Heard from Pope County Attorney Neil Nelson, who said there is a possibility Pope County may lose a chambered judge. With the retirement of Judge Jon Stafsholt, seated in Glenwood, the seat may be moved to Rochester. Pope County to make its agricultural/feedlot officer an in-house position.
