John Lom Files Complaint Against Itasca Co. Sheriff Vic Williams & County Attorney John Muhar For Malicious Prosecution? Lom Fears Retaliation By Lawless County?

When you know the history of lawless Itasca County then you will appreciate the amount of time and effort that went into getting this form, won't you? How I managed to get this form will be outlined in a video that I will put up tomorrow.

Let's focus on John Lom's complaint, shall we? John Lom has been through the wringer these last 9+ months, hasn't he? He had his house and business broken into by lawless Itasca badge-wearing criminals, hadn't he?

And these badge wearing criminals failed to follow their own policy and procedure as they broke the law, didn't they? And as a finishing touch to their malicious arrest they stole $6,500.00 of John's hard-earned money. didn't they? And then these so-called brave thugs with badges and guns got all lawyered up when John turned the tables on them by filing a criminal complaint against them, didn't they?

This all could have been corrected a long time ago had Itasca Co. Sheriff Vic Williams & County Attorney John Muhar done their advertised job, couldn't it? But that didn't happen, did it?

Why?  Simple. They had to teach John Lom a lession, didn't they? They were going to teach John Lom that they were "the law," weren't they? And as the so-called law they could break as many laws as they wanted - whenever they wanted, couldn't they?

And that is what Itasca Co. Sheriff Vic Williams & County Attorney John Muhar set out to do, isn't it? You don't have to take my word for it or even John Lom's word for it, do you?

John Lom's attorney George Duranske III made it clear in his paperwork that Itasca Co. Sheriff Vic Williams & County Attorney John Muhar had little or no regard for the law, didn't he?

So why would John Lom be submitting a complaint to lawless Itasca county to investigate two of their own? Simple. To document Williams' and Muhar's cohorts trying to subvert and pervert justice in this investigation, also, right? John is expecting a cover-up, isn't he?

If you are expecting a cover-up, then the evidence of the cover-up is easier to spot, isn't it? Plus, if John gets any justice from lawless Itasca County, then it will because he forced them to give it to him, right? It will be interesting to see how lawless Itasca County tries to bury this complaint, won't it?
