Why you ask? Duluth's Chief Administrative Officer David Montgomery fears that I am going to use the public data to expose the rigged prosecution for Duluth Police Department's thug cop Officer Richard Jouppi, doesn't he?
And his fears are justified, aren't they? However, Duluth's Chief Administrative Officer David Montgomery is using some pretty childish reasoning if he thinks that will stop me, isn't he?
