And Cole agreed to send off paperwork for his case, didn't he? The data Cole asked for was mostly public data, wasn't it? It was, wasn't it? However, the lawless City of Elk River didn't even want to give Cole public data, let alone, his private investigative data, right?

That's right, isn't it? And withholding public data is a criminal act, isn't it? It is, isn't it?

Minnesota Statute 13.09 PENALTIES. Any person who willfully violates the provisions of this chapter or any rules adopted under this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor. Willful violation of this chapter by any public employee constitutes just cause for suspension without pay or dismissal of the public employee.

And illegally withholding (exculpatory) evidence for Cole's case is a due process violation, isn't it?

“We have held that when the State suppresses or fails to disclose material exculpatory evidence, the good or bad faith of the prosecution is irrelevant: a due process violation occurs whenever such evidence is withheld.” Illinois v. Fisher.² 2. 540 U.S. 544, 547, 124 S.Ct. 1200, 1202 (2004). George R. Dekle, Sr, Prosecution Principles: A Clinical Handbook (Thompson/West: 2007), Page 145.

Well, it supposedly is, isn't it? That is until you come into the cesspool of anarchy called Elk River, right? That's right, isn't it?

Then the law doesn't matter, right? And it doesn't matter that Elk River City Attorney Derek Archambault said that Cole could have an actual copy of his dash cam video in his January 7, 2014 letter to Cole, right?

It doesn't, does it? The letter is below:

What is amazing is that even though Cole was told that he could not have a copy of the Elk River Police Department Policy and Procedure manual (a public document, right?) I was able to obtain a copy, wasn't I? I was, wasn't I?

And even though Cole notified Judge Mary Yunker in writing prior to his January 23, 2014 hearing that City of Elk River Prosecutor Derek Archambault was illegally withholding his (exculpatory) evidence Yunker willfully refused to sanction Archambault or require Archambault to give Cole his evidence, didn't she? She did, didn't she?

And when Cole informed Yunker's court reporter Brenda Wild that he wanted an estimate for a transcript so he could file a complaint, Wild willfully refused to contact him about the transcript, didn't she? She did, didn't she? It was a good thing that Cole recorded his message and emailed me a copy of the call on January 23, 2014, wasn't it? It was, wasn't it? Wild still maintains that she can't recall the message - even though a copy of the call was emailed to Sherburne Co. Court Administrator Patricia Kuka on March 10, 2014, doesn't she?

And then on the day of the kangaroo court trial so-called judge Walter Kaminsky announces to Cole that he can't have his dash cam video because it is private and criminal investigative data, doesn't he? It is private data, isn't it? It is Cole's private data, isn't it? It is, isn't it? And the dash cam video is criminal investigative data, isn't it? It's just Cole's private investigative data, isn't it? It is, isn't it?

So the purveyors of anarchy strike again, don't they? The did, didn't they? However, with the evidence that both Cole and I gathered we have plenty of evidence to prove the due process violations and trash the reputations of the corrupt local officials and the corrupt court, don't we? We do, don't we? This battle is far from over, isn't it? It is, isn't it?

It was only after Tinquist told Itasca County Sheriff Vic Williams, County Administrator Trish Klein, and County Attorney Jack Muhar was there a so-called problem with John being on the schedule, right? That's right, isn't it? The handlers (The people who pull the strings that make the little puppets called County Commissioners walk and talk, right?) made it clear to Tinquist that John Lom would not be allowed to present his clear, precise and unquestionable evidence of local corruption on the official record at the next Commissioner meeting, didn't they? They did, didn't they?

John Lom hasn't given up on trying to get on the schedule for the Itasca County Commissioner meeting, has he? Not in the slightest, right? John will continue to demand to be placed on the schedule - over and over again, won't he? Of course, John knows that if he ever does get on the schedule that the bed-wetting Commissioners would probably destroy his testimony like the Meeker County Commissioners did, right? That's right, isn't it?

Did Andrew "Buttinski" Henderson really win case no. 62SU-CR-12-4910? No "Buttinski" Henderson didn't win, did he? No matter what the so-called verdict was it was still a loss, wasn't it?

Consider the typical jury trial. For an innocent defendant, even a not guilty verdict is a loss. Although the innocent defendant has “won,” she has undergone arrest and (at least minimal) incarceration, spent money on premiums paid to bail bondsman, spent more money hiring a lawyer, withstood the inevitable public censure and suspicion, undergone the roller coaster ride of emotion during the protracted litigation, and will ever after suffer a stain on her reputation. For the innocent defendant, “not guilty” is a smaller loss than “guilty as charged,” but it is a loss nonetheless. For a guilty defendant, even a guilty verdict and a prison sentence can be a win. More than one guilty defendant facing a draconian sentence has celebrated when she was convicted of a lesser crime and sentenced to the maximum for a minor felony. George R. Did a single one of the perjurers end up being arrested? Nope. Was the prostituting attorney for Little Canada prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law for his malicious prosecution? Nope. Were the corrupt local officials run out of office for allowing this travesty of justice to continue to its unjust conclusion? Nope.

That would be justice, wouldn't it? It would, wouldn't it? (The City of Little Canada is laughing their ass off, aren't they? They are, aren't they?)

And that is because petty and stupid people are more than willing to settle for injustice instead of demanding justice, isn't it? It is, isn't it?

"Buttinski" Henderson went out of his way to justify and give credibility to the corrupt process, didn't he? He did, didn't he? Petty and stupid haters of justice perpetuate the corrupt injustice system, don't they? They do, don't they?

Apparently Little Canada's City Attorney Patrick Kelly wasn't impressed by all their hot air, huh?

Because this case has dragged on and on and on with the so-called defenders of liberty as "Buttinski" Henderson legal counsel, hasn't it?

It has, hasn't it?

The only thing that the ACLU has been successful with is the muzzling of Andy "Buttinski" Henderson, right?

And the reason why "Buttinski" Henderson has the ACLU muzzling him and "representing" him is because "Buttinski" Henderson isn't competent enough to represent himself, right?

That is "Buttinski" Henderson problem, isn't it? (Not competent, right?) It is, isn't it?

Like any petty and stupid individual, "Buttinski" Henderson thought that going to court was easy as pie, right?

If all those really smart people, who went to years and years of college, could do it, then "Buttinski" Henderson could do it too, right?

That's right, isn't it?

And we can see how petty and stupid "Buttinski" Henderson fared, can't we?

"Buttinski" Henderson whined, pissed and moaned and got all sorts of media attention, didn't he?

He did, didn't he?

But where is all that media attention now? It evaporated, didn't it? Why?

Probably because someone a lot smarter and a lot wiser started posting information that discredited Ramsey County Sheriff Matt Bostrum, Bostrum's criminal deputies Randy Gustafson, Deputy Jacqueline Muellner, etc, right?

In the meantime "Buttinski" Henderson was thinking about how he could be buddies with these criminals, right? That's right, isn't it?

"Buttinski" Henderson started getting delusions of grandeur, didn't he? "Buttinski" Henderson thought he should be your next petty dictator, didn't he?

"Buttinski" Henderson did, didn't he? And what would you get if you were unfortunate enough to get stuck with a petty and stupid whiner for a council member whose only talent is to piss & moan?

Another hater of justice like Little Canada Council member Rick "Little Canada Rubber Stamp #5" Montour, right? That's right, isn't it?
