The provisional license that new Minneapolis Superintendent Ed Graff needs to get before he can be a superintendent in the state of Minnesota has been put on hold. Originally, the Minneapolis School Board stated that the board of school administrators would approve the application for a license on Monday. Now, the board says it could take up to 60 days for the license to be approved.
