Thanks for speaking with me on the phone today regarding my case no. 19HA-CR-15-4227.
Attached is the Criminal complaint against Dakota Co. Attorneys: James Backstrom, Philip Prokopowicz and Kathryn Keena for illegally withholding readily available, free, electronic, data from me.
Apparently the only way they can win cases is by withholding evidence in an attempt to get defendants to plead guilty without ever seeing their evidence.
I left a message with Andrew C. Olson from the judicial selection committee today and informed him of this as Phil Prokopowicz is making a second attempt to run for judge in Dakota County.
It is my understanding that embarrassing information in regard to misconduct in case no. 19HA-CR-2669 State of MN vs. Sandra Grazzini-Rucki, cost him his first attempt at judge.
Also, Dakota County Commissioner Nancy Schouweiler hung up on me today when I attempted to give her an update on my case. Apparently she’s been advised to lawyer up and not investigate this misconduct and obstruction of justice by the Dakota County Attorneys Office.
I will give you more information at a later date and time.
