Lion News: Michelle MacDonald Threatened By GOP Errand Boy & Attorney Patrick Burns?
Court documents say police took MacDonald to the Rosemount police station, where she was read the state’s implied consent advisory, which requires those arrested on suspicion of drunken driving to submit to blood, breath or urine testing. She shook her head no when asked if she understood. She then asked to speak with an attorney and was given 34 minutes to contact one, but was unsuccessful. Asked by officers if she would take the breath test, court documents say, MacDonald never answered the question directly, instead asked to be taken before a judge. Police warned her that not taking a test within the allotted time frame would be considered a refusal, but she never approached the machine. Alcohol levels dissipate over time, so tests taken later wouldn’t reflect the blood level at the time of the arrest. Under state law, admissible blood tests must be taken within two hours of an arrest. Supreme Court endorsee's pending DWI case surprises the GOP. - Only a few knew about Supreme Court candidate Michelle MacDonald’s arrest. The indoctrination sessions are designed to drill into MacDonald's head that she doesn't have rights, correct? That's correct, isn't it?
I was subjected to the same thing in the lawless Kandiyohi jail, wasn't I?
The thug Kandiyohi co. guards there weren't subtle about it all, were they?
They weren't, were they?
The thug Kandiyohi co. guards would tell you right to your face that you don't have any rights, wouldn't they? They would, wouldn't they?
MINNESOTA STATUTES 2013

felony, the arrested person shall be taken into custody and immediately taken before a judge within
the county in which the offense charged is alleged to have been committed and who has
jurisdiction over the offenses and is nearest or most accessiblewith reference to the place where the
arrest is made, in any of the following cases:
(1) when a person arrested demands an
immediate appearance before a judge;
(2) when a person is arrested and
charged with an offense under this chapter causing orcontributing to an accident resulting
in injury or death to any person;

charge of negligent homicide;

while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs;
The Rosemount cops weren't as blunt about their message to candidate/attorney MacDonald but the message was just the same, wasn't it? It was, wasn't it? Although the circumstances were different both Michelle and I asked to see a judge during our cop encounters, didn't we? We did, didn't we?
And both Michelle and I received the exact same response, didn't we? We did, didn't we?
And that response was a resounding "No!," wasn't it? It was, wasn't it?
The petty dictators who were called the police made the arbitrary and capricious decision that the law magically didn't apply to either one of us, didn't they? They did, didn't they?
So what if the law says that the courts are open 24/7/365, right?
That law only applies to the special people who have rights, like the corrupt cops, the corrupt prosecutors, and the corrupt judges, doesn't it? It does, doesn't it?
And to cover up their crimes in Kandiyohi county the corrupt cops & corrupt prosecutors illegally withheld (and still are illegally withholding) the squad audio/video from my encounter, didn't they? They did, didn't they?
Hate to have video of corrupt Kandiyohi cops on the internet violating the law and your rights, huh? That's right, isn't it?
Why ask to speak to a judge, huh? Simple.
The average IQ of a cop is 104 or 2 points above average intelligence, correct? Correct. So why would you blindly believe that this less than brilliant cop is right, huh?
Once in front of a judge the corrupt cop has to lay out his case, doesn't he? He does, doesn't he?
The corrupt prosecutor isn't there to proof-read and correct all the mistakes in the report, is he? He isn't, is he?
So, by demanding to see a judge, in theory, (In theory, because the corrupt cops will never take you to see the judge, right?) you lock the corrupt cop into his story, don't you? You do, don't you?
And by willfully refusing to take you to a judge you lock the corrupt cop into the accurate narrative that there are two different sets of the laws, don't you? You do, don't you? So either way, it costs the corrupt cop part of his credibility and reputation, doesn't it? Not to mention it costs the corrupt judges part of their credibility and reputation, doesn't it? It does, doesn't it?
