It would appear that Sibley County Attorney David Schauer is pissing his little panties because I asked for the data for the malicious prosecution of Raw Milk's Michael Hartmann, wouldn't it? It would, wouldn't it?

Hartmann argued that the evidence
seized during the search of his truck on Dec. 4, 2012 and on his farm
on Jan. 9, 2013 violated his constitutional rights to be free from an
unreasonable search, according to court documents. MacDonald ruled
that that initial stop of the truck was constitutional but that
(trooper) Heyman did not have reasonable suspicion to do anything
more than stop the vehicle and note that it was a farm vehicle. "The
problem is Heyman's expansion of the scope and duration of the stop,
including three separate, warrant-less and constitutionally

Sibley County Attorney David Schauer is pissing his little panties because he knowingly, willingly and intentionally brought criminal charges against Raw Milk's Hartmann despite the fact that there were not one (1), but three (3) illegal searches of Hartmann's farm truck, isn't he? He is, isn't he?

And Sibley County Attorney David Schauer knows that Raw Milk's Hartmann is too petty, stupid and ungrateful to give the illegal search data to someone like me who knows how to use the data to benefits all sorts oppressed people, doesn't he? He does, doesn't he?

Of course, if I am the brains behind Hartmann's court case dismissal in Case No. 72-CR-13-6, then why would I be dumb enough to fall for Sibley County Attorney David Schauer's illegal withholding of illegal search data, huh? I wouldn't be, would I? And if I am the brains behind Hartmann's court case dismissal in Case No. 72-CR-13-6, then I certainly would have a counter to any diabolical data dodge scheme that Sibley County Attorney David Schauer would come up with, wouldn't I? I would, wouldn't I?
The counter would be to contact every single news media outlet that covered the malicious prosecution of raw milk farmer Michael Hartmann in Case No. 72-CR-13-6, wouldn't it? It would, wouldn't it? The media outlets would be educated to the fact that Sibley County Attorney David Schauer was a common criminal covering up his malicious prosecution of Hartamann by illegally withholding the illegal search data, wouldn't they? They would, wouldn't they?
