subject: Chapter 13 data request - Deputy Chief Of Police Kornmann trying to incite, harass & intimidate Evavold & Nemmers?
mailed-by: gmail.com
Jeff Long, Police Chief (952) 985-2800:
Why was your Deputy Chief Of Police Kornmann trying to incite, harass & intimidate Dede Evavold and myself in the recorded phone conversation of March 3, 2016? Is that standard operating procedure for the corrupt City of Lakeville Police Dept? Inquiring minds want to know, don't they? All Dede and I wanted to know is if Dede was going to subjected to harassment, intimidation tactics and be victimized by a fraudulent bill, didn't we? We did, didn't we? It was a shock to the conscience that Kormann would be so evasive on a simple yes or no question, wasn't it? It was, wasn't it? Dede and I were left left with the impression that Kormann had something to hide by hanging up the phone on us so rudely, weren't we? We were, weren't we?
Plus, I've heard some disturbing statements about the Lakeville Police dept lying to the U.S. Federal Marshals, haven't I? I have, haven't I? Isn't it a criminal act to lie to a federal agent? Hmm? Oh, speaking of phony warrants . . . could you please email the following readily available, free, electronic, public data?

Chapter 13 data request - Please email me the following readily available, free, electronic, public data:
1. Warrant for Case File 13001278 - Sandra Grazzini-Rucki (Don't forget the application and supporting affidavit).
2. Copy of your communication with Osceola County in regard to Osceola County's charging affidavit for Grazzini-Rucki which indicating a kidnapping charge. More specifically, the communication in which you verify the kidnapping charge is "a clerical error."
You wouldn't be making wild and outrageous claims about the kidnapping charge being "a clerical error," would you? Lakeville Deputy Chief Of Police John Kornmann was making wild and outrageous claims in a recorded conversation with Dede Evavold and myself, wasn't he? He was, wasn't he? Oh, by the way, could you explain why the U.S. Marshal make no public claims to arresting Sandra Grazzini-Ruck? Why is that, huh? And why was Sandra Grazzini-Ruck in a county jail and not a federal lockup, huh? Do you have paperwork indicating that the U.S. Marshal Service released Sandra Grazzini-Ruck into your custody?
Terry Dean, Nemmers (320) 283-5713
An Osceola County charging affidavit for Grazzini-Rucki lists a handwritten charge of kidnapping beneath typed depravation of custodial rights charges. Polinski said the charges are depravation of parental rights; conceal minor, take minor from parent and take minor, no court order. News release for Case File 13001278
October 19, 2015
The disappearance of two minor children, Samantha and Gianna Rucki, on April 19, 2013, has recently been well-documented in the media. As mentioned in news articles, information came forward implicating Sandra Grazzini-Rucki and two other adults as orchestrating and assisting in the disappearance of the two children.
Two months ago, the Dakota County Attorney’s Office charged Sandra Grazzini-Rucki with three counts of Deprivation of Parental Rights. The charges were published in a local newspaper and Sandra was unable to be found.
In the early morning hours of October 18, 2015, Sandra Grazzini-Rucki was arrested by US Marshals in the Orlando Florida area for three outstanding warrants for Deprivation of Parental Rights out of Dakota County.
Both the Lakeville Police Department and US Marshals are moving forward with leads and information to find the missing children. During the ongoing investigation, detectives have learned the act of taking the girls, as well as the continued act of keeping the girls in hiding, has involved a network of individuals. The Lakeville Police Department has gathered a list of “persons of interest” in this case. Members of this network who have had a hand in the abduction of the children, as well as the continued hiding of the children, could face felony charges for their involvement.
If you have any information that may prove helpful to the investigation, please contact the Lakeville Police Department Tip Line at (952)985-2840.

Additional Charges Filed in Grazzini-Rucki Case
12/11/2015
Dakota County Attorney James Backstrom announced that Deirdre Elise Evavold, age 51, of St. Cloud, Minnesota; Douglas Craig Dahlen, age 53, of Herman, Minnesota; and Gina Schmit Dahlen, age 47, also of Herman, Minnesota, have each been charged* with two counts of Deprivation of Custodial/Parental Rights (involving the concealment of a minor). These charges stem from the disappearance of two daughters of Sandra Grazzini-Rucki, who was previously charged in connection with taking and concealing these children in violation of District Court custody orders.
The allegations contained in the complaint reflect that the two girls (then ages 13 and 14) ran from their Lakeville home on April 19, 2013, and were picked up by Grazzini-Rucki. Prior to their disappearance, a Dakota County district court judge transferred the physical custody of Grazzini-Rucki’s five children, including the two girls, to a paternal aunt who was going to reside with the children in their family home. Within 10 minutes after arriving at the family home, the girls disappeared. On November 25, 2013, the district court judge awarded sole legal and physical custody of the five children to their father. The whereabouts of the girls was unknown until November 18, 2015, when officers executed a search warrant at Dahlen’s residence. It is alleged that the girls were dropped off at Dahlen’s residence by Grazzini-Rucki and Evavold on April 21, 2013, where the girls remained until being found on November 18, 2015.
Additional facts pertaining to this case can be found in the criminal complaints which are located online at: https://www.co.dakota.mn.us/LawJustice/CriminalComplaint/Pages/default.aspx. While in custody, mug shots can be viewed at: https://www.co.dakota.mn.us/LawJustice/Jail/Pages/inmate-search.aspx.
The investigation into this matter has been extensive and Backstrom thanked the Lakeville Police Department and the U.S. Marshal’s Office for their hard work on this case.
Dakota County Attorney James Backstrom commented: “Concealing children and keeping them from a parent for over two and half years in violation of a court order is unconscionable.”
Deirdre Evavold, Douglas Dahlen, and Gina Dahlen are being summoned to court to face these charges. Their first appearances in court in Hastings are anticipated in the next month.
If you have questions, contact James Backstrom at 651-438-4438.
*Criminal charges are not evidence of guilt. A defendant/suspect is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.

One of the key elements of eCourtMN is the establishment of eFiling and eService – giving case participants the ability to submit documents to the court and serve documents to opposing parties electronically, through an online portal. This allows court customers to file documents without traveling to the courthouse or paying for postage or courier costs, allows filers to submit documents immediately and outside of courthouse business hours, and allows court documents to be sent to filers electronically. eFiling now available in all 87 Minnesota district courts Posted: Tuesday, December 15, 2015 http://www.mncourts.gov/About-The-Courts/NewsAndAnnouncements/ItemDetail.aspx?id=1232 http://www.mncourts.gov/File-a-Case/File-in-A-District-Trial-Court/eFSRollout.aspx eFile/eServe Rollout 2015 Designation of Case Types and District Courts Subject to Voluntary e-Filing and e-Service Rules County District eFile/eServe Status Stearns Seventh Judicial District Voluntary as of Dec 07, 2015 Page 3 of 3

Bruce P. Bechtold, Chief Deputy:
Did you tell me the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth in regard to my data/discovery request? Doesn't the St. Cloud Police department use Stearns County dispatch services? Doesn't Stearns County have mutual aid/cooperative agreements with the City of St. Cloud Police department? Isn't that why Stearns County Sheriff's dept. and the City of St. Cloud Police dept. use Tritech records management system? The answer to your question is "Yes, I still desire Stearns County's data."
