Broward Sheriff’s Office, CCN 9723. This statement will be taken in
reference to case number 17-1910-000613, which is an aggravated stalking
case. This statement will be given by the victim. First name is Kim. Last
name is P-I-C-A-Z-I-O. White female. Date of birth of 01/08/1969. This
statement will be taken at the Parkland District Office at 6650 University
Drive, City of Parkland, Broward County, Florida, on November 2, 2019,
approximately 19:05 hours. Kim, as you know, I'm a Law Enforcement
Officer. As a Law Enforcement Officer, I’m empowered to take sworn tape
statements. Will you please raise your right hand? Do you solemnly swear

Q. And just for the record, you and I have met numerous times prior to this
statement, I identified you through your Florida driver's license and have
also taken statements from you. However, they were not recorded. Is that

A. That's correct.
Q. So, we’re here in reference, uh, an aggravated stalking report that you
made back on October 10, 2019. Correct? And it's involving yourself and
the non-stop harassment from a subject identified as Field, F, F-I-E-L-D,
McConnell. Correct? [Note: Pierce Co. Sheriff Nancy Hove found no threats back 08/15/2019 & 10/14/2019, right? See below, okay?]

Q. Can you please give me a background on how you first came into contact?
Well, first off, discuss what you do for a living. What your job duties are,
how you came into contact with this person, and from what we've
discussed, the anxiety and stress that this person has caused your life at
this point?
A. Okay. I'm an Attorney, licensed to practice Law in the State of Florida, and
I practiced, primarily, Family Law. But I also do, uh, commentary on high
profile criminal cases and have, um, done some consulting in that area as
well as done mainstream news broadcasts and guest appearances on
television and radio shows regarding high profile criminal0 cases.
Q. Are you considered an expert witness or is this --?
A. I’m an expert witness in Family Law and complex litigation skills and
strategy.
Q. So, based on my investigation, what you discussed with me is, your job
took you out to the state of Minnesota, is that correct?
A. It did.
Q. And tell me what happened in Minnesota.
A. In Minnesota, I was scheduled to testify against a man by the name of
Timothy Holmseth.
Q. And what was the date of this trial that was going to take place, and when
did you go to Minnesota?
A. It was scheduled to take place on August 26, 2019. And I went to
Minnesota from Washington, D.C., which is where I was on business and
pleasure. So, I flew in to Minneapolis from D.C. [Note: A broke Alexandria Goddard magically and mysteriously appeared with Picazio, didn't she? Goddard was being evicted at the time, wasn't she? Q. When did -- and the trial -- were you a witness in this trial in Minnesota?
A. I was.
Q. And when did you become -- when did Field McConnell become involved in
your life?
A. It was prior to that, several weeks or let's say a month prior to that trial. I
guess, Field McConnell had befriended the defendant in the criminal case,
Timothy Holmseth, and, uh, Mr. McConnell, I had never heard of him. He
had, um, apparently, a large following on YouTube. He was a very popular

YouTuber. He was, uh, a anti-government and conspiracy theorist. And he
would espouse on sovereign citizen, uh, ideologies on the Internet. He had
a following about 40 -- I think is now 60,000 subscribers on his YouTube
channel alone.
And his reach would sometimes be -- the videos watched would be several
hundred thousand viewers over the course of time. So, he had a large
following of very fringe, um, conspiracy theorists who sometimes would
give commentary in and their opinions, which were lots of times be violent
rhetoric. So, he befriended Mr. Holmseth, I guess, Mr. Holmseth was
looking for a person to support him it publicly and online. And, um, Mr.
McConnell was there to do the job.
Q. And Timothy, was he the defendant in this case?
A. He was a defendant in the, the criminal case in Minnesota, uh, for which I
was going to be testifying. And so, Mr. McConnell, uh, took him under his
wing and Mr. Holmseth would do shows with Mr. McConnell, videos,
shows that were done live several times a week. Sometimes, Mr. Holmseth
would be on the phone, sometimes, Mr. Holmseth was actually at the office
or the studio of Mr. McConnell. But Mr. McConnell was doing shows
many times per week with thousands and -- tens of thousands of viewers,
um, in an effort to prevent me from testifying against Mr. Holmseth.
Q. Are you able to discuss what the trial was about?
A. Yes. Uh, the trial was a, uh, a second trial court violation of a restraining
order, a protective order that I have against Mr. Holmseth. That protective
order is from 2011. Mr. Holmseth had actually been charged and, uh,
violated before and 2013, was arrested and pled out back then. And he had
violated -- started violating with this conspiratorial rhetoric recently with
the pizza gate and the, um, pedo gate and the very fringe, all conspiracy
theories against Liberals and Democrats. I also, um, work a lot of times
with the Democratic Party and with General Counsel during elections, etc.
So, um, I've always been on, um, his radar, but, especially so, recently,
when, um, he joined up with conspiracy theorists Q-anon people.
So, Timothy Holmseth began violating the restraining order and the
protective order I had against him and he was re-arrested in December of
2000 and -- I'm sorry, it’s February of 2018. And, um, he was tried. He was
convicted. I had flown up for that trial, testified against him. He was
convicted of violation of a injunctive of protection I had out in Florida. And
he served jail time. During his incarceration, Mr. Holmseth reached out to
his friends, his online friends, um, and asked them to violate the injunction
on his behalf. The call that was being monitored by the jail, um, reflected

the violation, and he was violated while incarcerated and served more jail
time.
In the meantime, he has three additional criminal cases, all separate cases
with case numbers, lined up against him. And so, the August 26 trial was
the trial number two out of the four that I needed to go up and testify
against Mr. Holmseth. The charges were a violation of the protective
order, as well as, a contempt of court, criminal contempt of court charge
for violating, uh, during a time where he had pre-trial conditions to abide by
the injunction .
Q. While you’re in Minnesota, then McConnell became involved.
A. It was before that. It was one month --
Q. I’m sorry, one month.
A. -- or so before that. Uh, trying and threatening me not to show up.
Q. Were you in Minnesota?
A. No.
Q. So, tell me what happened in Minnesota after he threatened you

I understand he drove up in a hearse, got his caravan of folks.
A. Yes, he had --
Q. And it caused major security concerns. You also stated to me that he
made threats against, not only you, the Prosecutors and the Judge in this
case. Is that correct? [Note: It sure looks like Detective Robert Rutkowski is putting all sorts of words in Picazio's mouth, doesn't it? It does, doesn't it?]
A. That's correct.
Q. Can you touch base on that?
A. Yes. In the month preceding the August 26 criminal trial, Field McConnell,
along with Mr. Holmseth by his side, would, um, do videos, sometimes, uh,
daily, sometimes several times a day, um, threatening me, uh, the Judge
and the Prosecutor, um, with execution. We were gonna be hung. We're
gonna be, uh, sent to Gitmo. Um, he would look into the camera and, and,
and state that I needed to make sure that, uh, the trial was canceled. He
threatened to distribute. He actually took out a box filled with books about
me, a book that had been banned from being sold by Mr. Holmseth . It’s a
horrible, uh, insidious book about pedophiles and horrible things. That
was banned to be distributed by the Broward County Court.
And so, Mr. McConnell, I guess , ordered 450 copies of that book and put
even on the narrative of his videos that I needed to not do anything illegal,
which meant testifying, or he was going to distribute that book to everyone.
And he would look into the camera and vow and swear that if we showed
up -- if I showed up at the trial, I would be executed and I would be taken --
or taken into custody, etc.
Q. With these threats that were made against you, what precautions were
taken by local law enforcement, even the government, to ensure your
safety and that they took this very serious and Minnesota didn't take?
A. They did. I -- when I heard about the videos, I contacted my Prosecutor,
trying and threatening me not to show up um, on that case and that's
Ronald Golsed. He's the City Attorney of East Grand Forks. And he's also
the -- would be the Prosecutor on this case, and -- up in Minnesota. He
said he was already aware of these particular videos by Mr. McConnell and
Mr. Holmseth because he had been contacted by the FBI. And, apparently,
the FBI was -- had an active investigation against, uh, both of these
individuals. And, and I don't know what it's for. It's none of my business.
But, um, they were contacted in Minnesota. So, the officials knew about
this. [Note: Goddard said she has received all of her information to date, regarding Sheridan’s victimization, from a female she identified as Kim Picazio. … Goddard said that “they” had attempted to notify the F.B.I. but no one will listen. It's also my understanding from statements directly from the City
Prosecutor, from employees of the Court Administrator and from Sheriff,
uh, the Sheriff's Office there, that the Court Administration had, had to get
specific procedures in place to protect the Courthouse, the Judge, the
Prosecutor and me, um, from the death threats and from possibly being
harmed at this trial. Everyone was very concerned. they were coming
every day vowing something was going to happen and we were all going to
be killed, um, at this Courthouse.
So, the Court Administrator had to contact the State Court Administration
and get specific procedures permitted for a, um, threats of this nature.
There were lockdown procedures that we're getting -- I heard last minute
we're going to be going into place. They were not going to be letting
people into the Courtroom except a certain number of people. And they
were going to exclude certain people from the Courtroom. They were also
going to have lockdown procedures so they would not let members of the
general public into the Courthouse. During breaks, the Courthouse is
going to go on lockdown, including all employees would leave the entire
Courthouse building. And during lunch, the police had arranged for my
security to and from the Courthouse.
I was -- the court entered an order sequestering all of the witnesses, which
would be me, to allow me to be in a secure place at the Courthouse, which
witnesses are not normally allowed in unless there's a Sequestration Order
that was entered. So, I was gonna be sitting in a secure area of the
Courthouse. I had lined up security to, of course, to and from with the Polk
County Sheriff's Office. They were assuring my safety during that time.
Um, all members of the Jury, the Judge, the Prosecutor and I, we're gonna
be arriving and going through a gated area in the back of the Courthouse
into a secure entrance and exit.
Um, and McConnell was vowing to bring hundreds of people, um, who were
of sovereign citizen ideology, um, to the court and to disrupt the court and
to cause harm and death upon me and the Judge and I also talked to the
Court Administration, and they said that they were monitoring all, all of the
videos.
Q. How were those death threats made to you?
A. They were made to me, um, in writing. They were made to me by these

Q. How, how in writing?
A. Um, well, he had emailed me, but that was, I think, that was after the trial.
But prior to the trial, it's in videos as well as the writing underneath. You

can do a narrative to a video to tell you the public what it's about or to send
a message. He would write threats, and extortionary threats, um, warning
me not to testify.
Q. Do you have, um, those emails?
A. I do.
Q. Okay. So, you have documentation of this throughout --
A. And it’s the YouTube videos as well.
Q. Which I know you secured and have copies of those threats also?
A. Yes.
Q. So, so these threats were taken very seriously?
A. Yes.
Q. And, and we've got to ask you how you felt, at that point, just as it’s started
to tumble out of control, it seems.
A. Yes.
Q. But the threats are -- that are coming in and all of a sudden, the anxiety.
A. Yes, I was very -- I have three children and, and I'm, you know, I'm a mom.
And, although, I might be a tough lawyer, I'm, I’m still a person and --
Q. And the only thing that you did is that you were testifying against
somebody that McConnell had no involvement with?
A. That's right. Yes.
Q. McConnell has taken this totally upon himself.
A. He’s trying to protect himself. That's right.
Q. To get involved in something he has no business being involved in.
A. That's correct.
Q. So, the -- he, uh -- from what I understand from Law Enforcement, he
shows up because Minnesota, Wisconsin on the border. He showed up in
a hearse, is that correct?

A. He showed up with a lot of people.
Q. Did you ever see the hearse?
A. No.
Q. All right. So, I had pictures of the hearse, actually, I got from Law
Enforcement. He does own a hearse and it’s registered -- [Note: How is it possible that Detective Robert Rutkowski has data from the City of East Grand Forks and Polk county by magacilly & mysteriously none from the Pierce County Sheriff's Department where Field actually lives?
A. And he -- and he rent -- he bought or something, a bus. And, and that was
there. A bus.
Q. Did you ever see the demonstrators?
A. Yes.
Q. How many would you say were there?
A. Um, 50 to 75, maybe, 100.
Q. And what's his code name? Uh, he’s also known Abel Danger?
A. That's right. That's the name of his YouTube channel.
Q. All right. So, --
A. And during that time, he was saying on the videos that he was getting very
graphic, that we were going to be victims of the -- of a firing squad at the
Courthouse with seven shots to the head and explaining exactly how we
were all going to die. He stated that there would be his Veteran Marine
friends in the woods, that they were going to come out an ambush us. I
was --
Q. Well, he, he goes on, because -- not to interrupt you.
A. Mm-hmm.
Q. You've provided documentation where you're in the hairs of a sniper scope.
A. Oh, yes.
Q. He's got a picture of a sword where he's graphically cutting your head off.
A. That's correct.

Q. Which we’ll touch base on in a little bit. Uh, and once again, I, I know you
have these videos for the seven shots to the head video that you'll be able
to provide for the state. The trial goes on. You finish your trial. You come
back to Florida, correct?
A. Well, actually, Mr. Holmseth did not show up for the trial. And so, a bench
warrant was issued for her --his arrest along with the other two cases.
Q. That’s right. Which is still --
A. So, he has an active warrant.
Q. -- pending. When, when did the rhetoric go out of control with his, his
social media rants against you? Uh, when did you come back, in August?
A. Yes. August.
Q. When did this start becoming an issue with you?
A. It was prior to the trial. He was --
Q. Right. But after?
A. Afterwards, it continued [unintelligible 0:18:03].
Q. So, it never stopped?
A. Oh, it is -- it hasn't stopped to this moment.
Q. Right.
A. Two days ago, he is talking about, you know, violence to be waiting, telling
me what's going to be happening to me.
Q. It seems he has nothing else to talk about but you on his show.
A. He -- he’s a little bumbling and he clearly seems as if he was like one of
these former anti-government people who then started getting into this
sovereign ideology. So the fact that I'm Attorney makes it even worse for
him. He accuses me of Felony Capital [unintelligible 0:18:37] that every --
I've got to die. Um, he accuses me of being a child trafficker, um, a, a
pedophile, etc. I have no arrest record whatsoever.
Q. So, needless to say, there's hundreds of videos out there right now --
A. Yes.

Q. -- that are targeting you, uh, from defamation of character to execution. It
got to the point where you had enough and you filed a restraining order.

A. That's correct.
Q. So, you will grant -- you immediately granted the restra- -- granted the
restraining order. Um, prior to the restraining order through, through what
I've researched on October 23rd, on the information you sent me,
McConnell publicly broadcasted your personal telephone number and your
address on live stream, is that correct? [Note: It sure looks like Detective Robert Rutkowski is
putting all sorts of words in Picazio's mouth yet again, doesn't it? It does,
doesn't it?]
A. Yeah, I think that was September --
Q. 23rd.
A. -- 23rd.
Q. He, he stated on his video that he encouraged his followers to go by your
work address in Fort Lauderdale and to take you into custody.
A. That's correct. And he repeated my address --
Q. This is where it --
A. -- and my telephone number over and over.
Q. And then he, he posted the distasteful and violent picture with the intent to
kill you. [Note: It sure looks like Detective Robert Rutkowski is

A. That's right.
Q. I remember looking at that. This is the date where he posted, the 23rd,
where he posted a picture of you being beheaded.

Q. Which I have is this -- and this is what you're submitting to me, right?
A. Yes.

after this happened, is this when you contacted the Fort Lauderdale Police
Department?

A. Actually, I didn't. A member of the public, I guess, who is listening to his
show, I wasn't, was so disturbed about the detailed threats against my life
that they called my police. I don't even know to this minute who it was.
And I arrived -- they arrived at my office.
Q. So, with this distasteful and harmful picture, it caused enough concern
from somebody -- [Note: It sure looks like Detective Robert Rutkowski is

doesn't it?] A. That’s right.
Q. -- who knows you to --
A. They don’t --
Q. -- make sure you were safe or they may not know you. We don't know.
A. They don’t know me because I don't know anyone that would watch these
shows, but yes.
Q. And Fort Lauderdale P.D., did they escort you?
A. Oh, yes, they were there. The Threat Assessment Unit came in. Um, I
hadn’t even listened to that video yet. So, we pulled it up. Listen to a few
excerpts. They were extremely concerned about my safety. They called in
additional detectives, etc. Made some other phone calls. They then
insisted upon escorting me home, all the way from, you know, Fort
Lauderdale to my house, and they arranged for police officers to watch my
house and be in front, you know, manned police cars, um, in front of my
house for several days. Because they were so concerned about an active
threat against my life.
Q. On October 3rd, at 4:20 in the afternoon, McConnell was broad-,
broadcasting live from his studio, located in Plumps City, Wisconsin,
correct?
A. That's correct.
Q. During this live broadcast, McConnell states directly to you, the victim, and
he uses Ms. Piggy -- [Note: It sure looks like Detective Robert Rutkowski is

doesn't it?] A. Mm-hmm.
Q. -- uh, “Broward County, Florida. You're on my radar. You're going to die. I
hope this is clear enough. That's me, Field McConnell, Marine Corps,
0116513. And this is a threat to Ms. Piggy, Broward County, Florida. I
don't give a flying fuck.” I remember you were telling me, when you saw

that that caused a lot of distress, that the death threats were coming in fast
and furious at this point against your life.

doesn't it?] A. That's exactly correct. I was so afraid. I -- like to have someone look into
the camera and exclaim that you, you were gonna die, and sometimes even
telling people to go and kill you, giving your address, stating horrible
things of, you know, defamatory content, yes, and I am a child trafficker, I
did this or that. But then to state, I am going to die, that I am going to be
executed and encouraging others to go and get me in the name of the Lord
or the name of, you know, whatever it is, is the most scary thing. I would --
I still, to this minute, and we lock our doors at my office. My employees
were afraid. I told my employees that day, um, to even leave early. We
locked up our office. And I sent my employees home.
I was so certain that someone -- we weren’t looking and people were
sending us, uh, messages such as the -- they were gonna be sending
bikers out to get us. Um, people were calling my office, you know, every
hour saying, “Tick tock,” and, “We're coming”, and, “You’re dead”. This is
all during these videos. And, um, I, I -- it’s as if I just want to stay -- I stay
home all the time. I do not go anywhere. I had a Halloween party to go to.
I, I don't want to show up there. I'm not communicating with friends on
Facebook. I have my social media lockdown. My children, you know, won't
even --
Q. Hmm.
A. -- dream of leaving the house without locking the door. Um, it's been -- I'm
afraid to this very minute. I am. And I think that he's going to make good
on his threat or someone else is. But even the thought of someone looking
in the camera, nearly every day, and with a -- just scowling that I'm going to
be killed and he's going to kill me and I deserved to be executed and shot
in the head and -- or put a rope around my neck and sink me in the ocean.
There is -- it's so graphic and, and so promising.
Q. Mm-hmm.
A. It's so disturbing to me. It's very disturbing, for everyone in my life.
Q. The following day, October 4th, you petitioned for a restraining order and
you granted the restraining order. On October 9th, it is said the restraining
orders delivered up in Wisconsin and he's served by the Pierce County
Sheriff's Office. Correct? [Note: It sure looks like Detective Robert Rutkowski is

doesn't it?] A. Correct.

Q. Less than one hour later, after being served, McConnell violates this
restraining order by contacting you.
A. That's right.
Q. And it’s -- I think it stated that the injunction clear, because I read it, the
injunction clearly states that the respondent with his name, Field
McConnell, M-C-C-O-N-N-E-L-L shall not commit any intentional or unlawful
threat or to act to do violence to the petitioner, which includes direct or
indirect contact. [Note: It sure looks like Detective Robert Rutkowski is

doesn't it?] A. That's correct.
Q. But he violated immediately, correct?
A. Immediately.
Q. What did he do?
A. He sent me an email, um, and it was the same threatening rhetoric. Um,
and he did -- and instantly did a video wherein he was mentioning me, uh,
again, threatening my life, threatening my safety, and saying that he was
absolutely not going to be, um, stopped by any court order or by me. He
had sent me, by the way, previous emails, uh, many emails. Sometimes, it
was like four in one day, he would send me copies of the video link that he
was about to do his show. He would send me things about my execution.
So, he's making direct contact with me as well.
Q. When you -- when he violated the restraining order, where were you?
A. I was in Fort Lauderdale.
Q. Broward County, Florida.
A. That's right.
Q. The second violation occurred on October 10, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. Eastern
Time, a Field McConnell violated this injunction by posting a live stream
video of himself in clear view of his camera, which you just mentioned,
making an, an intentional muffled threat of violence and death directed
toward you. [Note: It sure looks like Detective Robert Rutkowski is
putting all sorts of words in Picazio's mouth yet again, doesn't it? It does,
doesn't it?] A. Yes.
Q. Uh, and this is, quote, a Field McConnell states directly to the victim during
his live stream broadcast, “I know what the plans are for her. They include

arrest, tribunal and elimination.” What did those words mean to you, arrest,
tribunal and elimination?
A. That means that someone's going to come and get me and he's going to kill
me. And he was also talking about, um, having me killed by firing squad
and he explained that in the same video.
Q. Right. In, in that video, he states to you, uh, “The victim can hear 30
Marines sneaking up on her and she is hoping that we're here to assist her
and she is wrong, period. When the Marines show up with the team, the
team will engage in a final protective fire.” A Field McConnell does explain
on his view video with final protective fire as it is a U.S. Marine Corps
military tactic, Marines open firing kill their target in a hail of gunfire. Field
McConnell states this directly to the victim, which was captured on video.
Field McConnell also displayed a photo of the victim during his live stream
to his audience displaying his potential target. The photo that he showed
on live stream, was that a picture of you? [Note: It sure looks like Detective Robert Rutkowski is
putting all sorts of words in Picazio's mouth yet again, doesn't it? It does,
doesn't it?] A. Yes.
Q. So, these were two direct violations, uh, of the restraining order. I won't
even get into how many times he's violated since. It’s well over a dozen
times.
A. Well, yeah, it’s, it’s --
Q. Well, maybe more, how many --?
A. Oh, yeah. It’s, it’s --
Q. So, what I watched --
A. -- 50.
Q. Over --
A. At this point. And after the final injunction in as well.
Q. So, on October 16th, you appeared in front of Judge Kaplan, correct, for the
final hearing on the injunction for stalking? The court granted you a final
judgment of injunction for protection against stalking, correct?
A. That’s correct.
Q. And the court case number is DVCE-19-007230. Basically, due to you
meeting the higher burden of proof, the judge precluded the respondent

from referencing the victim's name indefinitely or into the future
indefinitely, which he's totally disregarded. [Note: It sure looks like Detective Robert Rutkowski is

Q. All right. Let's pause here for a minute.
A. Okay.
Q. Once again, I just want to document that you are providing me a picture.
It's in color. Is that a picture of your head?
A. Yes.
Q. And there's a woman with a sword cutting it off, it says, “Kim loses her
head.”
A. That's right.
Q. There's a second picture, it looks like in a cornfield of a subject with the red
and black hat with a sniper scope.
A. Yes.
Q. The hunters become the hunted. And there's a quote that says, “Hillary
Biden Kim,” with your last name. “Ukraine child trafficking.” Correct?
A. Correct. That means he's going to shoot me. That he's going to hunt me
down, basically.
Q. So, in your estimation of what your staff is assisting with and what you
witnessed and watched, how many threats of violence and gruesome death
has this person made against you, other than what we're submitting this
evidence right now?
A. Hundreds.
Q. Hundreds.
A. Yes.
Q. And when is the last time he said something about you directly, indirectly
in violation of the restraining order?
A. Yesterday.

A. Um, he stated -- I don’t have the exact quote but I do have some, um, from
the 20 -- 10/28 which was just a couple of days ago, um, he said he wasn't
allowed to say my name, Ms. Piggy. Um, but, “There's an aggressive
attorney who's been child trafficking for at least 11 years who will probably
be arrested, let's hope before Halloween. That's only three days off, isn't
it? Today's the 28th and Halloween is the 31st.” He went on to say that I'm
going to be taken into custody before Halloween.
Q. Going back to 10/03, you submitted a documentation -- doc-, document,
correct, to me? Tell, tell me what this -- what these documents are that you
submitted? It looks like -- I don’t wanna say like an Excel spreadsheet, but
it’s, it’s --
A. Mm-hmm.
Q. -- pretty neatly, uh, depicted you have on this document, you have the date,
you have a column for text URL which you're documenting, documenting
the website where it came from, and you have a timestamp. Correct? What
does a timestamp represent?
A. That represents the exact time or marker in the video wherein the text is
stated word-for-word.
Q. So, you're providing this as evidence which will be submitted. And that if
the State Attorney or anybody, as long as the videos are still there, which I
know you have also secured them.
A. Yes.
Q. Which we will use for later on. Uh, the matter of clicking on these links,
they would be able to see what we're discussing.
A. That's correct.
Q. I want to touch on October 3rd and halfway through the great text, says
McConnell saying to you right on video, “You are on my radar and you're
gonna die.
A. That's right.
Q. I hope that's clear enough.” Does it get clearer than that? [Note: You do remember that the trained observers at the Pierce County Sheriff's office were able to fall back onto their expensive and time-consuming work-related continuing education to determine absolutely no redible threats, don't you?]
A. No.

Q. Of course not. “That's, that's me.” And he identifies himself, “Field
McConnell, Marine Corps.” Once again, I read this. His serial number is
0116513. “And this -- and that is a threat to Ms. Piggy in Broward County,
Florida. I don't give a flying fuck about you. I give all my energy, all my
love and all my intellect to the children.” How did the name Ms. Piggy
come about? How, how do we know this directly towards you?
[Note: It sure looks like Detective Robert Rutkowski is
putting all sorts of words in Picazio's mouth yet again, doesn't it? It does,
doesn't it?] A. He says, says it all the time that’s towards me. And he’ll either call me
Kimmy Poo or he uses my name, Picazio, to say pig.
Q. Pig.
A. And so then it's Ms. Piggy. I’m assuming that’s it. It's interchangeable.
And that's very clear, many times.
Q. I spoke to the authorities up in Wisconsin and they were able to send me
photos of the subject at his, I don't know if you know this, of his radio
station where he comes and goes to work. And, of course, a picture of his
hearse that he owns that he drove to Wisconsin.
Q. So, right now, um, how are you feeling right now up to this point, for you
and your family?
A. Scared.
Q. You scared?
A. Scared to death. I'm, I’m extremely scared because the direct and the detail
threats that are online, such a large number of people, and I'm afraid that
he's -- either he's gonna do something, it's just the threat is to make me
afraid. And it -- it’s -- and it has.
Q. It’s terrorism.
A. It's -- I -- and everyone in my house is terrorized.
Q. Yeah.
A. And, you know, I don't -- even if I hear a creak in the house, I'm afraid. My,
you know, significant other went out of town. I stayed with a friend. I
wouldn't stay alone and I put the children in another house, you know, their
friend's house. And I -- uh, my doors, they lock at my employee’s office.
You never -- you don’t know if -- when someone's gonna come in and get
me pursuant to his instructions or if he is. And he's insidious. He's
determined. He wants me dead.

Q. And his promise is by the Marine Corps birthday. Correct?
A. That's correct.
Q. And that's coming up pretty soon.
A. That's coming up. That's right. November something, 10th, 11th,

A. Yeah.
Q. And you feel from what you told me prior to going on tape and I've met with
you numerous, numerous times before this and we're, we’re, we're working
very hard for you. I don't want you to -- I want you to understand that. With
this date fastly approaching, I know it’s causing a great deal of anxiety and
stress in your life. [Note: It sure looks like Detective Robert Rutkowski is
putting all sorts of words in Picazio's mouth yet again, doesn't it? It does,
doesn't it?] A. It is. It's causing a great deal of stress because I feel it could be any
minute. And he -- I don't know what he's doing behind the scenes. He's
literally vowing that I will be executed by that date. And there -- and it's
video over and over, statements into the camera promising that. And so I
have to -- I have no other choice but to believe him. And it's not that he's
defamed me or called me a name, he's threatening to kill me. And he's
promising that I will be dead. And that -- that's terrifying.
Q. Is it fair to say the restraining order is not working?
A. Yes, it is not working and he is --
Q. Did it ever work?
A. No, he stated he will not stop it.
Q. It seems he doesn't acknowledge authority.
A. He does not -- he does not believe that a court or any court has jurisdiction
over him. He believes it's a Maritime court and a fake court.
Q. Hopefully, he'll be in for a rude awakening.
A. Yeah. That's the sovereign ideology, I guess. I had to read a [unintelligible
0:36:35] or a Wikipedia on [unintelligible 0:36:38] or an article to even know
what it meant.

road, I've kept you a long time here. Is there anything else that you want to
tell me, at this point, that you feel is important that I may have missed or
not covered regarding this case?
A. No, I think we've covered it.
Q. And, and what are you looking for the courts to do? What are you asking
for the State Attorney to do?
A. I want the State Attorney to prosecute him for violations of Statute, of
making threats against someone’s life, which also incite violence. It is
absolutely repugnant, uh, not to prosecute him for not following a court
order and for snubbing his nose at, at authority. It's very dangerous if an
individual does not respect the law or courts or acknowledge jurisdiction
or the laws of this, uh, State or his State and to know that his conduct has
terrorized an entire family and staff and many people, and he needs to be
punished for. Maybe, he [unintelligible 0:37:57]. We can't have someone
breaking the laws.
Q. And the live streaming?
A. The live streaming, streaming needs to stop.
Q. Is this affecting your practice due to the defamation out there? Do you feel

A. Oh, ab- --
Q. -- it could have an impact out there? Financial impact?
A. Oh, it already has.
Q. Besides the emotional?
A. Yeah. Even to get all this together but there's sometimes where I just, you
know, in your head, you just can't even concentrate. I can’t focus. I, you
know, many times, you know, stayed home and not wanted to come into
the office. I would -- but then sometimes I feel like I need to, because if
someone is there to come and shoot me, I want to be there to handle that
with my employees, of course.
Q. And he's clearly -- you being an attorney, you and I greatly discussed this,
he's clearly violated hundreds of time, Florida State Statute 784.048,
Subsection 4, aggravated stalking, continuous violation of the injunction
order.

She stated that she is an attorney out of Florida and has been dealing with him for quite some time. I looked at some of the videos however they were very lengthy and did not want them in their entirety. In the videos Mr. McConnell appeared to on about several things and the clips I watched did not find anything threatening however, I did not watch the entire clip. Kim stated that she would have her staff transcribe them and point out the parts where Mr. McConnell threatened her. We discussed the situation for quite some time and I explained to her the statute she had in mind did not fit the criteria in WI and at that point at the very least it may be disorderly conduct. She stated that she understood. I advised her I would document what was occurring. I gave her my email address information and as of Friday October 4, 2019 I had not received an email from Kim regarding the information she was going to send me. I ended my contact with her a short time later.
