C: All right. Thank you.

D: All right. Bye.  End of 911 transcript

Okay, so far the only thing that we know about the mystery woman is that she is female and the female is standing at the door, right?

Now let's see what Cody has to say about the mystery female in his statement to Lakeville Office Flynn, okay? (Note: Did you know that I had to spend about 8 hours transcribing both Jessica's statement and Cody's statement? Why? 1. Jessica wasn't provided one by her worthless backstabbing public pretender Kevin Shea, right? 2. It was beneath Jessica to lower herself to transcribe her data herself, right? 3. Jessica burned the bridge for the person who offered to pay to have the audio files transcribed, didn't she?)

Flynn: Officer Flynn. Today’s date 08-13-19. Time of 1221 hours. In reference to domestic assault. Case file 19003381. I am here with Cody Myers. He can say his name and provide a date of birth and a summary of events.

Myers: Um my name is Cody Myers. Date of birth is May 19, 1992. Um at around ah 11:50AM I was sitting inside my apartment with my son playing video games. Ah I heard a knock at the door and um I got up to take a look at ah who was there through the view glass. Ah I saw a woman. A somewhat heavier set woman setting behind the glass. I thought it was a neighbor and/or staff to the apartment complex. I um unlocked the door and open the door. And at that point ah Jessica had come from around the corner. She was clearly hiding. Ah she tried to force her way into my apartment. Um I stood my ground inside the apartment door frame. Ah Jessica had tried to push past me a few times. And use her knee to either hit me with it or just kind of shove me aside. Ah I looked over my shoulder to see where my son was and to see how far away my phone was. And that is when she bit me in my right shoulder. Um after she bit me in the right shoulder I let go as if to let her in the apartment. And told her that I was going to call the police. At that point and time she sprinted down the stairs. Outside the doors. I was at this time on the phone with 911 dispatch. And I followed her outside. She ran off to her ah her husband’s vehicle. And she took off going east on.

Flynn: What is her husband’s vehicle?

Myers: It’s ah Chrysler 200C

Flynn: It will be the end of the interview. Time of 1223 hours. 19003381 Victim Myers.mp3

Did you notice that the mystery woman at the door is now heavy set? Did you also notice at the end of Cody's statement that the heavy set woman is still at Cody's door? Maybe the heavy set woman was just too fat to run? Funny that Cody couldn't get a picture/video/audio of a heavy set woman who is too fat to run and who is still standing outside of his door, isn't it? Did you ever stop to think why Cody magically and mysteriously intentionally forgets to mention the race of the (imaginary?) female? How about if the mystery woman was young or old? Glasses? No Glasses? Cane? Crutches? What was the heavy set woman wearing?

Don't you think it's extremely odd that Lakeville Police Officer Joshua Flynn Badge No. 4897 doesn't even ask a single question about the heavy set female? In fact, Flynn doesn't even ask Cody a single question, does he? He doesn't, does he? Well actually one about the car. right?

Okay, let's see if Lakeville Police Officer Joshua Flynn Badge No. 4897 does a better job of asking questions of Jessica, shall we?

Flynn: Today’s date is 08-13-19. Time of 1226 hours. Attempting to make contact with suspect Jessica Danielle Hartger. Maiden name of Cook. Date of Birth 01-15-9. By telephone.

Hartger: Hello.

Flynn: Hi is this Jessica?

Hartger: This is she.

Flynn: Jessica this is officer Flynn from Lakeville police. How are you?

Hartger: Good. How are you?

Flynn: Good,. Good. So Cody called us and said you guys were in an argument. A little bit of a disturbance today.

Hartger: No I haven’t heard from Cody in like 30 days.

Flynn: Okay are you in Lakeville where you could meet me at the PD and we could talk about it? And I could just put that on record.

Hartger: No actually I’m not. I’m in Plymouth.

Flynn: Okay.

Hartger: I just I just ran around doing some errands.

Flynn: Okay.

Hartger:  So I’ve been out in Plymouth.

Flynn: Would ...

Hartger: No actually I’ve been trying to call Cody for like 3 days.

Flynn: Okay. Would … Why would he call us and say you that you are out here and … and tried ta get into his apartment. Got into an argument with him. Verbal argument. And then left.

Hartger: Well because we have a child custody hearing next Friday.

Flynn: Okay.

Hartger: And this isn’t the first time he’s done that.

Flynn: Okay.

Hartger: You know so he’ll call up three other times in the past month.

Flynn: Okay.

Hartger: (Laughs) Um. Basically that’s the only thing that I can think is that he’s on the losing end of our child custody battle. And it’s about to come crashing next week. And I’ve been trying to call him for days. And I actually emailed him this morning and told him that I was going to do a wellness check. And like you know call Lakeville PD and have you guys do a wellness check. Because I haven’t heard from him or my son.

Flynn: Well...

Hartger: And obviously I didn’t do that. Um I did think of waiting it out to see if he would get back to me. But he told me on Saturday that he was going to have our son call me. And that was the last time I talked to him. So I got really concerned. Because the last time this happened he was passed out by a dumpster. And our child was missing.

Flynn: Okay. What ...

Hartger: So I tried to do a wellness check this morning. But I didn’t. I’ve been waiting for him to call me.

Flynn: Okay. Where where do you guys

Hartger: So could you have him call me?

Flynn: You guys get 50/50 custody, correct?

Hartger: Yeah. We have 50/50 right now.

Flynn: Okay. So when was when was did he I guess. When does his custody start in this whole incident.

Hartger: Um as like in his parenting time?

Flynn: Yeah yeah.

Hartger:   Or in general?

Flynn: Yeah exactly. When will you guys do ah ah switch? I guess.

Hartger: Um we’ll do a transfer. We should be doing one tomorrow.

Flynn: Okay tomorrow

Hartger: If he shows up on time.

Flynn: And is is it something where he gets like every week he gets a certain time frame if if is it or every other week. How does it work for you guys?

Hartger: It’s um a 5-2-2-5 schedule.

Flynn: Okay now

Hartger: So it says in our custody agreement that we are on a 5-2-2-5. And that you know like the other parent is you know allowed.  Like is supposed to [unintelligible]  Like have the child call the other parent. And things like that.

Flynn: Sure.

Hartger: But things are obviously like very intense right now. You know how child custody goes? It’s never a fun situation.

Flynn: Right. Yeah. No we deal with it quit a bit. But, in in reference to the  5-2-2-5 …

Hartger: Yeah, I’ll bet.

Flynn: 5-2-2-5 is that five days where he doesn’t have custody. Then 2 days he does. Is that how that works? And then.

Hartger: Basically a better way to explain it is he has him Mondays and Tuesdays. I have him Wednesdays and Thursdays. And then we switch weekends.

Flynn: Perfect.

Hartger: It’s kind of an easier way to

Flynn: Lot easier way to break it down for me. Thank you. All right.

Hartger: I know. It’s kind of confusing. (Laughs)

Flynn: Well I just like ... I just want to make sure cause he’s calling. He was adamant you were out here. He was adamant you guys got into an argument. And you I just … There’s eh there’s some cameras out here. You know I don’t want to go to the full effect of trying to pull those. Or trying to ping your phone to see if you were in Lakeville. Were you in Lakeville at all today? [Note: Where are those surveillance videos from the apartment? How about surveillance videos from surrounding businesses to prove that Jessica was in the area? How is it possible that Jessica and I were able to obtain surveillance videos and Flynn wasn't?]

Hartger: Was I in Lakeville at all today?

Flynn: Yes.

Hartger: Um I mean drove through that area. I mean I was there yesterday too. I was going to the elementary school.

Flynn: Right. But,

Hartger: to get some documents.

Flynn: Right. But, just just within the time of say like 11 when he called us which was around 11:52. So it would have been 11 … Even between 11:30 say and and noon here. Were anywhere near his apartment where a ping of your cell phone through a search warrant gonna show that you were here. [Note: Where is Flynn's magfically & mysteriously missing administrative subpoena/warrant for Jessica's phone?]

Hartger: No.

Flynn: And that’s why I just want to make sure to get honesty. Because if you were here and there was a verbal argument we just need to work through it. And figure out wants going on versus

Hartger: No. No and I understand that. And honestly like I kind of wish I was so that maybe I could have like made sure that my son was okay

Flynn: Okay.

Hartger: (Laughs)

Flynn: Okay

Hartger: No I mean he just moved and actually he has been withholding his address this entire time.

Flynn: Okay.

Hartger: Like I have friends that live down in that area. But, like he hasn’t even like provided his address to me. Like. Like I don’t even like know exactly lives to be honest. But do you? I mean I’m not familiar with Lakeville.  But

Flynn: Okay.

Hartger: I’m still waiting to find out where he lives. [Laughs]

Flynn: Okay. All right.

Hartger: Are you able to give me that information? Or

Flynn: I I can’t give you where he lives. No. Unfortunately.

Hartger: That’s fair.

Flynn: Um Yeah

Hartger: And I know

Flynn: Unfortunately that would  Hartger: And I’m like [unintelligible] legal custody. What is going on? Like why don’t I know where my son lives?

Flynn: Right. And I don’t have any … Where do you guys usually meet to do your exchange of custody?

Hartger: Bloomington

Flynn: Bloomington?

Hartger: Yup. At the police department.

Flynn: Okay. All right. That’s

Hartger:  [unintelligible]

Flynn: Perfect. I was just going to suggest to do it at a police department. That way there is no further allegations, disturbances or you know assaults or any sorts of thing takes place

Hartger: [unintelligible]

Flynn: It’s in the public

Hartger: [unintelligible]

Flynn: What’s that? Hartger: He just did that two weeks ago at a He just did that two weeks ago at a gas station in Plymouth by my house. He called the cops and told them I assaulted him. And they checked the cameras and they came out and were like “Your conduct is the only one in question. Like she didn’t hit you. She didn’t touch you.”

Flynn: Okay.

[Note: Flynn magically and mysteriously didn't ask for the incident report number for the Plymouth incident, did he? FYI: Below is a screenshot of the surveillance video for Plymouth PD incident report 19029509, isn't it? It's just some of the data that Jessica and I obtained trying to sort of this mess, isn't it?]

Hartger: Two weeks before that he called them and told them I stole his phone that is three years old.

Flynn: Okay.

Hartger: Like this is what he does. Like we just had court in June. Now our case is in the court of appeals. And they filed a whole nother case. So now we have custody [unintelligible] again. It’s just how it is dude. He knows he is on the losing end. So he is just trying every thing he can.

Flynn: Okay.

Hartger: [unintelligible]

Flynn: All right. What’s a current ah what’s a current address for you?

Hartger: Um. Let me look and actually check. I moved out my apartment into another place.

Flynn: Yeah no problem.

Hartger:  [unintelligible]

Flynn: And I’m not going to share that with him if that‘s what you’re concerned about.

Hartger: Oh I already did. See

Flynn: Oh okay.

Hartger: I’m not a vindictive parent.

Flynn: Okay.

Hartger: I include my other parent.

Flynn: You have to. Okay.

Hartger: Um so the address is 139

Flynn: Okay

Hartger: 05

Flynn: 13905

Hartger: Chestnut Flynn: Chestnut Hartger: Drive

Flynn: Okay

Hartger: ah number 1324

Flynn: 1324

Hartger: Yep. And that’s Eden Prairie

Flynn: Okay.

Hartger: Minnesota

Flynn: Yep.

Hartger: 55344

Flynn: 55344. Okay. Um

Hartger: Yep.

Flynn: So he claims. Just so are aware. He claims that you are out here with another female. Um a female he did not know. Is there was there another female today that he would suspect was out here possibly?

Hartger: No. I’ve been alone running errands. I just dropped my husband off at the or ah the police station and the Post Office. And I’ve just been running around like doing errands. [unintelligible] ready to go my son’s documents from his elementary school [Note: There is no evidence that Flynn obtained surveillance video from either the Plymouth Police department or from the U.S. Post Office in Plymouth is there? FYI: The image below is a screenshot from surevillance video from Jessica's 07-08-20 visit to the Plymouth Police dept, isn't it?]

Flynn: And and you’re all in Plymouth correct?

Hartger: Yes.

Flynn: Like

Hartger: I could send you a picture of where I’m at right now. Like I’m at my at my old complex grabbing a few things. But I’ve been here.

Flynn: That’s okay. Errands around Plymouth. Okay. All right. Perfect. And

Hartger: It’s the very same address as my old complex. I have [unintelligible] storage.

Flynn: No that’s okay. [Note: Flynn isn't interested in Jessica providing objective proof of her current location, is he?]

Hartger: I just had to cover it up.

Flynn: That’s okay. Um. So I’m gonna down docutet document this incident right now. And then um I I just advise you honestly at this point um you know same with him to. Cause unfortunately I was not here to witness anything. Um. Just wait one second another officer is trying to get a hold of me. Just bear with me for a second. I apologize.

Hartger: Sure

Flynn: (Speaks to other officer) 97[unintelligible]  Go ahead. I’m talking with the other party on the phone

Officer Thor: 10-4 Negative [unintelligible]

Flynn: Copy. Denies she was out here. Said he’s made this up in the past. Just FYI. (Ends speaking to other officer) All right still there? [Note: Flynn is now aware that Cody has a history of filing false police reports, doesn't he?]

Hartger: Yea. Still here.

Flynn: Okay. I appreciate it. Okay what I was going to advise you is ah. And the same thing I told him. Because like I’m not. I wasn’t a witness to anything that he’s claiming. Any disturbance. Um. I wasn’t out here so I don’t know. Um. Which is unfortunate. But um.

Hartger:   [unintelligible] There is no need for me to pop up there.

Flynn: Right.

Hartger: I just wanted him to call me.  [unintelligible]

Flynn: Right. I can tell him that you just want a phone call. But I’ve kind of advised him not to you because you know he’s reporting a disturbance occurred. And I don’t want to get. You now I don’t want it to escalate any further. So I was just like hey just don’t contact her. And he said you hadn’t contacted

Hartger: But that is the problem though.

Flynn: So.

Hartger: I’ve been waiting to talk to my son.

Flynn: Right.

Hartger: (Laughs)

Flynn: So what I’ll do is I can go up there and I can ask. And I can advise him to maybe to have um your son call you? And talk to him. I don’t know if he’ll do it. I can’t force that. But I can advise that.

Hartger: No he won’t.

Flynn: Or maybe have you know have another family member kinda be the go-between right now? But what I would like

Hartger: Oh no. They all. They all alienate me. Trust me. It doesn’t. That won’t work.

Flynn: Okay. What I

Hartger: I’ve tried.

Flynn: Ultimately which would be ah honestly is if one of you seeks an order of protection really. It’s kinda where it’s kinds heading. And I’ve advised him of that. And I’ll advise you of the same thing.

Hartger: No. We’ve already been down that road and he has abused those in the past. Like that’s a no. Flynn: Okay.

Hartger: I’m not Flynn: Well I’m not Hartger: No I’m not going to go down  [unintelligible]

Flynn: Okay well I’m not saying it maybe something you you may need to protect you. Um. If he’s willing to make claims that you’re out here causing a disturbance and you you say you’re not and you know  I mean that may go as far that’s kinda harassment in my opinion. Um [Note: Flynn is talking about criminal harassment, isn't he?]

Hartger: That’s what I thought too. But I’ve I’ve plead that in court and they just don’t listen to me. [Note: Where does Jessica say she reported Cody's harassment? In Court or with the police?]

Flynn: Okay. Well

Hartger: Trust me I’ve tried everything.

Flynn: It’s something that you know just just so you’re aware. I’m just advising you that’s probably a decent idea. He may to try to get one against you as well. I don’t know. Um but for for honestly do the transfer at the police station. That’s the safest thing for everybody. Um and um I will see if he won’t maybe have you son call you after I just have a feeling that probably he’s not going to do it. But he may. I don’t know. Ah do you have any further questions right now for me.

Hartger: Um. Yeah can I get the incident number.

Flynn: Sure thing. 19003381 Again that’s 19003381. My last name is Flynn. That’s F-l-y-n-n. My badge number is 4897. And I work for the Lakeville police department.

Hartger: Perfect. All righty. ah Thank you so much.

Flynn: Jessica good luck to you okay? And ah

Hartger: Thanks have a good one.

Flynn: Hopefully you can work things out

Hartger: Let’s hope so.

Flynn: All right.

Hartger: Thank you so much.

Flynn: Yep you take care.

Hartger: Have a good one

Flynn: Bye.

Hartger: Bye. Flynn: Interview suspect Jessica. Time of 1239 hours end of interview. 4:17- /12:57 19003381 Suspect Hartger.mp3

Did you notice the difference between the number of questions Flynn asked Cody and how many questions Flynn asked Jessica? Cody = Zero questions, right? Well actually one, right? Jessica = A ton of questions, right?

Do you want to see the heavy set mystery woman magically & mysteriously become the "white adult female approximately 5'8" tall and weighing 170-180 lbs"?

Cody described the unknown female who knocked on his door as a white adult female approximately 5'8" tall and weighing 170-180 lbs. He stated she was heavy set with possibly a black tank top on. He stated she had light brown shoulder length hair. He stated he did not know how both the unknown female and Jessica got into his apartment building as the building is secured without being a resident or getting let in. Incident/Case No. LA19003381. Lakeville Police Department. Narrative Main Report 4897 Flynn, Joshua A. 4897 Date: 08/13/19

Where oh where did all these details of the heavy set mystery woman magically & mysteriously appear from? From an audio/video recording of Cody that is being illegally withheld from Jessica? Bingo! Who besides me thinks that the illegally withheld audio/video actually has no description of the heavy set mystery woman?

Now let's see Cody's story really get filled out with details that he magically and mysteriously "forgot" to include in his "original" statement, okay?

I heard a knock at the door, so I looked through the hole in the door and saw a woman I had never seen before. She was a white female in her early-20’s with light brown shoulder-length hair.
[Note: These details are not in 19003381 Victim Myers.mp3, are they?] I didn’t recognize her, so I assumed it was one of my neighbors or staff at the complex. I moved into this apartment thee days prior so I am not familiar with the neighbors or staff at this point. I opened the door and Jessica then came around from my right-hand side. She immediately began yelling obscenities and  profanities [Note: These details are not in 19003381 Victim Myers.mp3, are they?] and tried to shove her way into my apartment. She was upset that I did not have Colton call her yet or return her dozens of phone calls

from over the weekend. According to several e-mails, she has sent me, she believes I am living with another woman, even though I’m not, so that’s why I believe she was trying to enter my apartment. I placed my hands on either side of the door frame and braced myself, so she was not able to push passed me. [Note: These details are not in 19003381 Victim Myers.mp3, are they?] She attempted to knee me to force her way in. I looked over my left shoulder while my hands were on the door frame to ensure that Colton was okay and not in danger, I also wanted to assess how far away from my cellphone was as I knew I needed to contact the police While I was looking over my shoulder, Jessica then bit me on my right shoulder. The bite caused the skin to break and left a mark but did not draw blood. After she bit me, I let go of the door frame to call 9-1-1 as I felt that was more important at this point. She took a step toward me and I said I was going to call the police. She then said, “Of course you are going to call the police, you’re a fucking pussy.” [Note: These details are not in 19003381 Victim Myers.mp3, are they?] I grabbed my phone and dialed 911, so she started walking down the stairs to leave with the other woman that was present. [Note: These details are not in 19003381 Victim Myers.mp3, are they FYI: Jessica was sprinting down the hall the last time, right?] Lakeville PD responded to the scene and Jessica was later arrested for domestic assault and assault. While I was holding the door, I asked the other woman if she let her in, as my complex is locked, and she said no. She stood back from the altercation and did not engage any further. I still do not know who this other woman is.” [Note: These details are not in 19003381 Victim Myers.mp3, are they? FYI: Why oh why didn't Cody take a picture, take a video or hit record on the audio function on his phone in order to document this mystery woman?]

How many people noticed that Cody has an ever changing story? You know the guy with a well-documented history of filing false police reports?

The “liar liar” technique, when stripped to its barest essentials involves the following progression:

(1) Get the defendant to say that a prior inconsistent statement is true.

(2) Get the defendant to say that she knew it was untrue when she made it.

(3) Get the defendant to admit that she lied. George R. Dekle, Sr, Prosecution Principles: A Clinical Handbook (Thompson/West:2007), Page 283.

So how many people, other than me, think that Jessica Hartger is a victim of lawless Dakota County's County Attorney James Backstrom and corrupt Police Chief Jeff Long?

More to come ...
