Jessica Hartger sent a long rambling email referencing several Dakota County Judges. (copy placed in Court Security Bulletins folder) The message threaten civil actions against judges for decisions made during recent hearings involving DANCO by an ex-boyfriend and custody concerns of her son. In her message Jessica feels that the County is financially profiting by keeping her son from her. She does not make any overt threats; however, she writes that her constitutional rights will no longer be violated and that she will make her lack of trust of the judicial system be known nationwide.
