The surprise Navy memo said to
negotiate with Mr. MacFarlane over his request and characterize it as
a waste of time. It also said, Politico reported, to speak about the
cost of fulfilling the request as a means of pressuring Mr.
MacFarlane to “narrow the scope” of his FOIA. The memo
specifically states: “Again, ‘fishing expedition.’ Just because
they are media doesn’t mean the memos shed light on specific

And if Ramsey County would rig an investigation for something simple like an investigation for a contemptuous attitude, then you know that they would rig an investigation for illegally withheld data, wouldn't you? You would, wouldn't you?
And there is clear, precise and unquestionable evidence that both myself and Andrew "Buttinski" Henderson have data that is being illegally withheld from us, isn't there?

Ramsey County's Internal Affairs Division uses the "Kick The Can Down The Road" style of
cover up investigation," don't they? The hope is that the individual
who files a valid complaint: 1.) Forgets about the valid complaint; Or 2.) Drops dead before the so-called
investigation ends?
Upon receipt of your statement, your complaint will be assigned to a supervisor or Internal Affairs investigator. The investigation should be completed within six months of the discovery of the allegations or within a reasonable time there after based upon the complexity or conditions of the investigation. You'd have to be pretty naive or really stupid to believe the end result of a rigged cover-up investigation . . . aka political circus, wouldn't you? You would, wouldn't you?

Why is that sage advice? 1.) Ramsey Co.'s Internal Affairs/Political Circus has no intention of
acknowledging the receipt of the complaint, do they? 2.) You have clear, precise and unquestionable proof that your complaint existed prior to Ramsey Co.'s Internal Affairs/Political Circus throwing it in the shredder, right?
