The scam involved writing illegal tickets, wasn't it? It was, wasn't it?
Petty dictator Bakewell arbitrarily and capriciously decided that the police should be more "aggressive" in writing tickets, didn't he? He did, didn't he?
Kind of sounds like Pharaoh making the children of Israel make bricks without straw, doesn't it? It does, doesn't it?

That's why I reported petty dictator Bakewell to the State Auditor's office, isn't it?
Petty dictator Bakewell not only feels that he has the "right" to have the local corrupt cops rip people off by subjecting them to illegal tickets, but he also feels that he has the "right" to aid and abet in the illegal withholding of public data, doesn't he?
Petty dictator Bakewell feels that he can misuse public money to rip people off on their data requests, doesn't he? He does, doesn't he?
Petty dictator Bakewell feels that he can misuse public money by paying his lawyers to give seminars on to dodge data requests, doesn't he? He does, doesn't he?
The surprise Navy memo said to
negotiate with Mr. MacFarlane over his request and characterize it as
a waste of time. It also said, Politico reported, to speak about the
cost of fulfilling the request as a means of pressuring Mr.
MacFarlane to “narrow the scope” of his FOIA. The memo
specifically states: “Again, ‘fishing expedition.’ Just because
they are media doesn’t mean the memos shed light on specific

The signs and symptoms of corrupt local official engaging in a data dodging are:
1. The corrupt local official refuse to be kind, courteous and helpful on data requests.
2. The corrupt local official are hateful, rude and obstructive on data requests.
3. The corrupt local official refuse to give an itemized statements to justify their outrageous bills.
4. The corrupt local official will issue outrages bills for data you didn't receive, you didn't ask for or over-inflated charges.
5. Or they just ignore your data request completely.
So you need to question every charge, don't you? You do, don't you?
Especially from a petty dictator who wants illegal tickets to be issued, right? And when they have a long history of illegally withholding public data, right? You do, don't you?
