Lion News: Kittson Co Attorney Malm Concedes That Prosecutors Are Law Enforcement Officers?
I would like to know why people throw away huge gobs of money to become an attorney, wouldn't I? I would, wouldn't I? Supposedly they went to college to learn about the law and justice, right?
Apparently, the only thing they learn is how to subvert and break the law, right? In the case of Chad Childress all the prosecutors (and the public pretenders, right?) are doing is just illegally withholding evidence, right? You don't need a college education or a license to do that, do you? You don't, do you?

All you need to do to illegally withhold evidence is to be a common criminal, right? That's right, isn't it?
The City of Crookston (and now the County of Polk, right?) feel that they can illegally withhold exculpatory evidence to win their criminal court case, don't they? And it would appear that the lawless city of Crookston is just as crooked as the other cities that I am investigating, wouldn't it? It would, wouldn't it?

Never fear! There are plenty of petty, naive, stupid, and just plain haters of justice who have absolutely no problem with the illegal withholding of evidence, aren't there? There are, aren't there?
So what if the court is rigged, right? So what if the judge has sat back and laughed as this illegal withholding of evidence has played out right in front of their face, right? The hater's so-called solution is to just let the judge or jury handle it, right? The haters will "investigate" it after the sentence is in and it is way too late to change anything, right?

That's why I saw and took the opportunity to expose this injustice when two of the players in the due violation made their play for ninth judicial judgeship, isn't it? It is, isn't it?
This way I am virtually killing to birds with one stone, aren't I? I get to expose the rigged courts and hopefully end the political aspirations of two common criminals: Polk Co. Attorney Greg Widseth (Judge Candidate) & Public Pretender Corey Harbott (Judge Candidate), don't I?
I do, don't I?
And the advantage is that the corrupt local officials have no idea of the amount of evidence that has been gathered against them since the railroading of Chad Childress has began, isn't it? It is, isn't it?
There might be all sorts of embarrassing and incriminating phone calls that provide clear, precise and unquestionable proof that evidence is being illegally withheld, right? That's right, isn't it?
