That admitted criminal Becker Co. Sheriff Timothy Gordon is busy trying to re-write history while his partner in crime  Becker Co. Attorney Gretchen Thilmony is illegally dodging my data request, isn't he? He is, isn't he?

I just called (called recorded, of course) Becker Co. Attorney Gretchen Thilmony yesterday (May 7, 2014) to find out what the hold-up is with my data for thieving Sheriff Gordon, didn't I? I did, didn't I?

But Gordon does admit that he misled the county board members into believing that boat was being purchased from “Mountain Motors.” According to court reports, a check for $7,856 was issued to Mountain Motors, which then turned around and paid Gordon the money, minus $250. So why did he do it this way? Why not just be upfront with the fact that it had been his? Gordon won’t say exactly why, only alluding to the fact that there were “a lot of reasons” and that “certain people” wouldn’t have let that be possible. And I can tell from my tracking software that  Becker Co. Attorney Gretchen Thilmony has been stalking my website since I submitted my data request, can't I? I can, can't I?

And when I left my message on  Becker Co. Attorney Gretchen Thilmony's voice mail I made it clear to her that by delaying, dodging or illegally withholding my data is would just give me move virtual ammo to prove that the case was rigged, didn't I? I did, didn't I?

For those of you have been paying attention: Have you noticed that Becker County Sheriff Timothy Gordon never appears in a mugshot? I have seen a mugshot of Sheriff Gordon, have I? I haven't, have I?

And I can't find an order for Sheriff Gordon to have a mugshot, can I? I can't, can I?

Tom Huntley told the News Tribune on Friday evening that he was arrested Feb. 2 on suspicion of driving while intoxicated. “I was guilty,” Huntley said. “I will plead guilty.” The longtime Duluth representative and former faculty member at the University of Minnesota Duluth was driving on Minnesota Highway 6 near Deerwood when he was pulled over at 4:47 p.m. by a Minnesota State Patrol officer for speeding. Huntley said he had been driving 8 mph over the limit. After talking with Huntley, 71, the trooper took a breath analysis and his initial blood-alcohol level showed a reading of 0.083, Huntley said. That’s just over the 0.08 limit to drive legally in the state. Duluth representative Huntley will plead guilty to DWI - Rep.
