Both the City of Rockville and the City of Glenwood were engaged in criminal activity, weren't they?

They were, weren't they?

ROCKVILLE – Rockville has been improperly charging residents to fulfill data practices requests. The city charges a $50 per hour fee for the city administrator to respond to data requests and a $25 per hour fee when other office staff fulfills a request. State law dictates that governments may not charge more than the actual cost of fulfulling data requests. The flat fees set by Rockville are higher than the hourly pay rate for the employees. Of course in my case the lawless City of Glenwood was illegally withholding the criminal investigative data from my trumped criminal case before they started trying to defraud me out of large sums of money for public data, correct?

That is correct, isn't it?

So even if the method of operation isn't exactly same, the basic idea of shutting up the whistle blower is, isn't it? It is, isn't it?

And that is why Tallman had his malicious case dismissed, isn't it? He listened to Nemmers' strategy of exposing the criminal misconduct of the City of Rockville instead of arguing about the trumped up charges against Tallman, right? That is right, isn't it? Oh, by the way, the form which demands the $50.00/hour  is being illegally withheld from me by the City of Rockville, isn't it? Why is that, huh? Could it be that I wanted to know how much Rockville City Attorney Rinke Noonan charged Rockville to create the illegal form? It is, isn't it?

Final note: The biggest difference between the two cases is that Tallman had help win his case, didn't he? I didn't have help with my malicious cases, did I? I didn't, did I?
