My name is Dede Evavold and I wanted to provide you with information regarding your opponent Lakeville Mayor Matt Little (whose residence address happens to be Farmington).
I am a witness in the high profile Dakota County criminal case involving Sandra Grazzini-Rucki case no. 19HA-CR-15-2669. The case came about because Sandra's daughters Samantha and Gianna Rucki ran away from home because of judicial misconduct. I can testify to this judicial misconduct because I am currently being victimized by the rigged Dakota County courts in case no. 19HA-CR-15-4227 State Of Minnesota VS Deirdre Elise Evavold.
The evidence of this misconduct is outlined in the criminal complaint (see attached) that I was forced to file against Dakota Co. Attorneys: James Backstrom, Philip Prokopowicz and Kathryn Keena on February 21, 2016. The complaint was filed for illegally withholding readily available, free, electronic, data in violation of the Minnesota Government data practice act (Chapter 13.09) and criminal misconduct of a public official (Chapter 609.43(1)). The so-called judge Karen Asphaug has been aiding and abetting this miscarriage of justice by ignoring her own orders. “All discovery shall be exchanged PRIOR to the settlement conference. Probable cause, and scheduling order for: 19HA-CR-15-4227. Signed by Karen Asphaug 3-1-16.” Did I forget to mention that I have been to forced to travel approximately one and one half hours one way to multiple court hearing only to be denied my discovery?
We live in the age of technology, file share accounts, eDiscovery and of eCourtMN, don't we? Which means that at my first appearance on January 11, 2016 Assistant Dakota Co. attorney Kathryn Keena could have either handed me my discovery on a CD/DVD or file shared it to me after I requested in my emailed discovery request of December 12, 2015. Instead, I have received harassing snail-mail letters with fraudulent bills for my readily available, free, electronic, data in the amount of $210. A fraudulent bill that that has not been itemized nor justified in willful violation of not only Minnesota statute but in willful violation of the rules and the model policies of the Commissioner of the Dept. of Administration. These facts fall on the deaf ears of so-called judge Karen Asphaug, don't they? Apparently, the name of the rigged game is that I am supposed to plead guilty without ever seeing my evidence. Not to mention that I have not been able to prepare for my Monday, July 18, 2016 testimony in the Sandra's case. Did I forget to mention that Sandra doesn't have all her evidence either? So much for a fair trail, right?
I have also contacted Grant Co. Chief Deputy Troy Langlie to email me my readily available, electronic evidence. He rudely hung up the phone on me like Lakeville Police Chief Jeff Long and Deputy Chief of Police John Kornmann did when I attempted to contact them for my readily available, free, electronic discovery/evidence.
On June 24th, 2016 I was forced travel went to the Hastings Police Dept. to hand deliver the complaint against the Dakota Co. Attorneys James Backstrom, Philip Prokopowicz and Kathryn Keena. I was forced to do that because Hastings Police Chief Bryan Schafer willfuly refused to acknowledge receipt of my emailed complaint. Which is ironic since the Gary Hird of the Lawyer's Professional Responsibility Board did. Even though I have audio and video evidence of the hand-delivering my complaint to Lieutenant Joe Kegley, Chief Schafer willfully refuses to email me the public portion of the police report that I filed against Backstrom, Prokopowicz, Kathryn Keena. No surprise, right?
FYI: I did notify the Judicial Selection committee of my valid criminal complaint and as a result Prokopowicz was rejected as a judge for the First Judicial District.
On the June 24, 2016 I attempted to file a criminal complaint with the Lakeville Police against David Rucki (ex-husband of Sandra). I have reason to suspect Rucki was engaging in witness tampering. (See attached) Rucki was harassing, threatening, and intimidating me via the U.S. Mail. See attached. The Lakeville police personnel claimed that Deputy Chief Kormann had to them to tell me that they did not have any officers available to take my complaint. The video that I have in my possession indicates not one but two officers were witnessed wandering around who could have easily taken my valid complaint.
I have left numerous voicemails and sent numerous emails to Lakeville Mayor Matt Little to make him aware of the witness tampering, harassment by the Lakeville police and illegal withholding of my evidence. He has willfully refused to respond to a single one. It would appear that lawyer Little wants to distance himself from this obstruction of justice, wouldn't it? Lawyer Little knows that it is impossible for me to prepare for my trial or for my testimony on Monday without my readily available, free, electronic discovery/evidence, doesn't he? Trial by ambush is Mayor/Lawyer Little's favorite form of injustice, isn't it?
Apparently, the only way Dakota County can win their cases is by illegally withholding evidence from the defendants they are victimizing in criminal cases and force them to plead guilty without ever receiving their evidence. I did report this obstruction of justice to District 4 – Commissioner Nancy Schouweiler (Calls recorded). Schouweiler lawyered up and apparently has no intention of investigating the misuse of public funds nor the misconduct of the public officials at the Dakota County Attorney’s office. To protect myself and others, I have been educating the public that they cannot trust any arrest, prosecution nor conviction in lawless Dakota County. I'm going to continue to educate the public that they cannot trust Mayor/Lawyer Matthew Little, aren't I?
I just wanted to inform you how Mayor Matt Little has had no difficulty stepping on me to climb the political ladder and clearly serves a corrupt special interest group. I'll be calling you soon.
