And because the prosecutor was caught rigging the case to aid & abet Jouppi it was booted out of St. Louis County, wasn't it? So this isn't your average traffic ticket case, is it? Jouppi is charged with fifth-degree assault and disorderly conduct in the Sept. 21 incident at the Duluth Detoxification Center. Jouppi is accused of striking Anthony Jackson, 50, multiple times after Jackson first struck him. Scannell's attorney on Thursday released a statement saying Scannell and his family have been under "extreme stress" since the shooting and that Scannell is still dealing with post traumatic stress disorder and anxiety caused by the shooting. The statement also asserted Scannell did not act criminally. "All of the alleged events in this case occurred while he was suffering in the darkest hours of his severe depression," attorney Richard Swanson said. To his credit, Pertler checked himself into the Hazelden alcohol and drug addiction treatment center in Center City, Minn., on Saturday. But to his discredit, he did so apparently without telling anyone he works with. As far as County Auditor Paul Gassert knows, Pertler hasn’t been in contact with anyone with the county since his arrest, according to a News Tribune story yesterday. How can you trust a state agency that claims to protect the public's safety when they are only concerned about avoiding criminal prosecution, huh? You can't, can you?

And if they would engage in criminal misconduct in the case that I asked for then, how many other case do they engage in criminal misconduct on a daily basis, huh?

Does the lawless Mn State Patrol attempt to illegally fix tickets for you? They don't, do they?
