ONE WOMAN ARRESTED IN MARION OAKS HOMICIDE

MARION COUNTY, Florida [Tuesday, November 17, 2020] – At approximately 7:30am on Monday, November 16, 2020, Neely Petrie-Blanchard (DOB: 11/19/1986) was arrested for the homicide of Christopher Hallett (DOB: 12/22/1969) by the Lowndes County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO) on behalf of the Marion County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO).

On Sunday, November 15, 2020, MCSO responded to 16062 SW 34 th Court Road after a report of a shooting that had just occurred. Upon arrival, deputies found Christopher Hallett had sustained numerous gunshot wounds and was deceased. According to eyewitnesses, Neely Petrie-Blanchard was the person who had shot Hallett, because she believed he was unable to help her regain custody of her children. MCSO Major Crimes Detective Lightle gathered further information from the eyewitnesses and generated a photo line-up. Petrie-Blanchard was identified as the person who shot Hallett. Due to the fact that Petrie-Blanchard had fled the scene, a nationwide BOLO was issued for her vehicle.

The BOLO was received by a Lowndes County deputy, who is related to MCSO Deputy Willis. Deputy Willis received a call from his brother to obtain more information about the suspect vehicle. A short while later, the LCSO deputy was at a gas station where he found Petrie-Blanchard and transported her to the
Lowndes County Jail on a hold for MCSO.

At this time, the investigation continues and Petrie-Blanchard is currently housed at the Lowndes County Jail awaiting extradition to Marion County.

On 11/15/20, the Marion County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) responded to 16062 SW 34th Court Road, in reference to a report of a shooting. Upon arrival, deputies discovered eyewitnesses REDACTED and juvenile REDACTED hiding in the back room of the residence. Deputies discovered the victim, later identified as Christopher Hallett (W/M DOB 12/29/69). obviously deceased from numerous gunshot wounds, on the kitchen floor of the residence. Preliminary information indicated that the Defendant, later identified as Neely Petrie-Blanchard (W/F DOB 11/19/86), had apparently shot and killed the victim, and fled the scene in a vehicle.

Your Affiant responded to the incident location and observed that the residence had been taped off with yellow “crime scene” tape. You Affiant entered the residence to examine the victim, and observed several shell casings and live rounds inside the residence on the living room and kitchen floors. An apparent projectile was observed on the floor near the front of the residence. The victim was located in the kitchen , laying partially on his side and face-down on the kitchen floor, with several gunshot wounds. REDACTED.

From outward appearance of the gunshot wounds, they appeared (in your Affiant’s experience) to be entry wounds to the back of the victim. REDACTED.

Your Affiant learned from deputies at the incident location that the victim was apparently trying to help the Defendant with a child custody issue, prior to this homicide.

Your Affiant then conducted interviews at the scene (and at the MCSO Operations) with the aforementioned eyewitnesses. The following is a brief synopsis of the interviews:

Eyewitness REDACTED advised that she was in the residence that evening with the victim, Defendant, and her daughter REDACTED. She advised that she was in her room and she heard a loud noise that she believed was a firecracker. REDACTED advised that she then heard a second shot. She indicated that she came out to the living room and observed the victim near the kitchen, and he had a pained look on his face. She indicated that the Defendant was holding a black pistol REDACTED, with something bright yellow near the barrel. She advised that the Defendant was in the common area of the residence, holding the gun as if it was jammed, and swiveled her body, aiming the gun at her and her daughter, so she grabbed her daughter and fled to the rear of the residence. REDACTED. Advised that she heard additional shots after this and called MCSO.

Your Affiant also spoke with juvenile REDACTED, who advised that she was in her room when she heard a loud noise. REDACTED advised that she came out into the common area and observed the victim holding his shoulder, with a pained look in his eyes. REDACTED advised that the victim states, “Oh Shit, Oh God, Please. No.”. REDACTED advised that she saw a bullet on the ground and saw the Defendant pointing a gun at the victim. REDACTED advised that the Defendant then swiveled her body towards her and her mother, and her mother grabbed her and pulled her out of the room. REDACTED also advised that she heard the Defendant state something to the effect of “You’re hurting my children you bastard”, and heard additional shots after leaving the room.

During interviews with both REDACTED and REDACTED, it was speculated that the victim was shot by the Defendant, due to her belief that the victim might have been working against her, or working to assist the government, in keeping her children away from her.

Your Affiant generated a photo line-up of the Defendant, and Deputy Manchester administered the line-up with both parties. Both parties were ale to positively identify the Defendant as the person who shot the victim. On the morning of 11/16/20, your Affiant received notification that Defendant was located and detained by law enforcement in Lowndes County, Georgia.

Based upon the totality of the circumstances, your Affiant believes that probable cause exists to arrest the Defendant for 1 count of murder, and requests that the Defendant be held without bond.

FYI: Anoka Co. Sheriff James Stuart was provided with evidence of harassment committed by E-Clause clients/dupes aka fantics Melissa "E-Clause Conspiracy Theorist" Grover (02-CR-19-7135) & Jason "E-Clause Conspiracy Theorist" Youngstrand (02-CR-19-7136), wasn't he? The psychos* Grover and Youngstrand were upset that Nemmers posted public information about them on Lion News, weren't they?

Both psychos Grover and Youngstrand were warned that Nemmers has a well-documented history of reporting harassers to LEO, weren't they? They were, weren't they? Harassing Nemmers with wild, outrageous and unsubstantiated claims of someone's name being copyrighted is a recipe for a criminal complaint, isn't it? More later, okay?
