I have reason to suspect that individuals associated the Holiday Inn Portfolio of Brands, InterContinental Hotels Group Atlanta are:
1. Conspiring with staff from their franchise in Minnesota, Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites St. Cloud to cover up false statements made to the St. Cloud police by the staff at the St. Cloud franchise.
2. Conspiring the staff at the St. Cloud franchise to withhold material exculpatory evidence in State Of Minnesota vs Robert Earl Rhoades Case No. 73-CR-13-5992.

My reasonable suspicions are based on court records, police reports, emails and other evidence provide by Mr. Rhoades for the incident at the Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites St. Cloud on 05/15/2013. For example, emails sent by Mr. Rhoades to the St. Cloud Holiday Inn and the corporate offices indicate that Holiday Inn knew or should have know that Mr. Rhoades, a veteran, was being harassed and ridiculed by the St. Cloud staff. "Your comments have been documented as a formal complaint under reference number 36748706, and will remain on record here in the corporate office. Plus, the emails indicate that the St. Cloud security personnel willfully refused to escort Mr. Rhoades to his room and unlock the door for him. Instead security pesronnel told Mr. Rhoades to go door to door and try to open each door. Then in the police reports security personnel attempted to twist this to say that Mr. Rhoades was attempting to break into the rooms. Court records indicate that the audio statement taken from security personnel and the surveillance video from the St. Cloud Holiday Inn have been withheld from Mr. Rhoades by the St. Cloud Police department. As you know under the concept of spoliation of evidence this failure to produce evidence incriminates not only the St. Cloud Police Department but also the St. Cloud Holiday Inn, don't you?

I contacted Jordan Worrall Manager of Communications for Manager of Communications - Holiday Inn Portfolio of Brands, InterContinental Hotels Group Atlanta by phone (recorded) and by email. I informed Worrall of the existence of the incriminating emails. I asked Worrall for the contact information for the attorneys for the Holiday Inn. Worrall "lawyered up" and willfully refused to provide me with the attorney's contact information. Speaking of "lawyering up,"  I also had a phone conversation (recorded) with City Of St. Cloud Administrator Michael Williams. I informed Williams of the illegally withheld evidence in case no. 73-CR-13-5992 State of Minnesota vs Robert Earl Rhoades and in case no. 73-CR-14-9669 State of Minnesota vs Heather Ann Swantek. Williams made the wild and outrageous claims that he would contact me after investigating. To this day Williams has not returned his promised phone call. I'll be sending this email to both Swantek and Rhoades. I'm sure that both will gladly provide you with further evidence of the City of St. Cloud's trial by ambush, aren't I?
