Harassing Letter Sent To Heather Swantek By Her Malicious Prosecutor McLeod Co. Attorney Michael Junge? Swantek And Schafer File Complaint With POST Board & Lawyers Professional Responsibility Board Against Co. Attorney Junge - Winsted City Attorney Eggert - McLeod Co. Sheriff Rehmann - Winsted Police Chief Heldt? Free Electronic Public Data Still Being Illegally Withheld By City & County To Cover Up May 13, 2014 Home Invasion?

How would you like to get maliciously prosecuted by a corrupt prosecutor and then receive a harassing letter from him?

You wouldn't, would you?

“However, the influence exerted by the covert methods of interpersonal control is harmful to human well-being and normal development. One of the major ways such methods work is through the evocation of human misery in the myriad of shame, guilt, and anxiety.” Gaslighting, The Double Whammy, Interrogation and Other Covert Control in Psychotherapy & Analysis, Theo L. Dorpat (Maryland: 2004), Page 29.

It would be no different than a rapist sending letter to their rape victim, wouldn't it? It would, wouldn't it?

But, when you remember that McLeod county is a lawless county, then it makes perfect sense why a so-called law enforcement officer would continue to use public funds to mentally torture (Mentally rape?) his victims, doesn't it? It does, doesn't it?

As a law enforcement officer, the American prosecutor is just as concerned with the detection of crime and the arrest of criminals as the cop on the beat. In America, both court decision14 and statute15 recognize the prosecutor's role as a law enforcement officer. In their roles as law enforcement officers, prosecutors can become involved in almost all aspects of the investigation of a case, and it is sometimes very easy for them to become too much the law enforcement officer and too little the minister of justice. Because the apprehension and arrest of suspected criminals can become a highly competitive endeavor, a prosecutor engaged in this highly competitive undertaking can easily lose the objectivity necessary to perform his other two functions. 14. In a lawless county the victims of local corruption must have their will broken so the corrupt local official can maintain power, correct? That's correct, isn't it? It is, isn't it?

And that is why the corrupt City of Winsted and the corrupt County of McLeod are still illegally withholding free electronic data that proves that the corrupt s-called law enforcement officer engaged in a May 13, 2014 home invasion at Heather Swantek's and Jessie Schafer's home in lawless Winsted, isn't it? It is, isn't it?

Swantek and Schafer filed a complaint with Minnesota Police Officer Standards & Training (POST) Board, didn't they?

 They did, didn't they?

Swantek and Schafer also filed a complaint with the Lawyers Professional Responsibility Board, didn't they? They did, didn't they?

The valid complaints were filed against Co. Attorney Junge - Winsted City Attorney Eggert - McLeod Co. Sheriff Rehmann - Winsted Police Chief Heldt, weren't they? They were, weren't they?

However, neither Swantek nor Schafer have a single ounce of confidence that either board will do their advertised job, do they? They don't, do they?

The valid complaints were filed to prove that the so-called regulating agencies are not using public money to protect you from the corrupt local official, weren't they? They were, weren't they?

Neither Swantek nor Schafer believe that either board will be the cavalry coming to the rescue, do they? They don't do they?

Good afternoon, Ms. Swantek:

This acknowledges your email and attachments from yesterday, which appears to be a complaint against a Minnesota lawyer.  While you have correctly identified me as a member of the Lawyers Professional Responsibility Board (the “Board”), the process for complaints against Minnesota lawyers is for you to submit the same to the Office of Lawyers Professional Responsibility (the “Office”).

The Office is charged with receiving and the initial review of complaints against Minnesota attorneys is the exclusive responsibility of the Office.  The Board is responsible for oversight and administration of the Minnesota lawyer discipline system, including the Office.  No Board Member is directly involved at this stage of the complaint process.

The Office maintains a website to inform the public.  On the home page of that site is a large button labeled “File a Complaint” with links giving you the option of submitting your complaint electronically or of printing a complaint form that you fill in and mail to the Office.  In either case, the supporting documents should be mailed to the Office at:

Office of Lawyers Professional Responsibility
1500 Landmark Towers
345 St. Peter Street
St. Paul, MN 55102
651-296-3952
1-800-657-3601

As a courtesy, I have forwarded your complaint to the Office.  My transmittal is not an official complaint, however, so I strongly suggest that you submit at least an online complaint so that it gets logged into the system.

Thank you for your inquiry.

Sincerely,

Joe Beckman
Board Member (2014-17)
Lawyers Professional Responsibility Board

Remember: the key in exposing a corrupt local government is not to trust it, right? That's right, isn't it?
