You remember that Heather Swantek was saying that there was an illegal drug search of her car on November 8, 2014 by a corrupt St. Cloud K-9 officer Janelle Graff, don't you? You do, don't you?

And that illegal drug search was caught on the dash cam video of corrupt State Patrol Trooper John Fritz, #226, wasn't it? It was, wasn't it?

You know the dash cam video that Heather never received in dismissed case no. 73-CR-14-9669, right? Well, actually, Heather never received corrupt officer Graff's dash cam video either, did she? She didn't did she? And let's not forget that Heather didn't receive the St. Cloud video when she asked for it from the St. Cloud police dept on March 11, 2015, shall we? And we really shouldn't forget that Lt. Salto willfully refused to email her Fritz's dash cam video on March 17, 2015, should we? We shouldn't, should we?

And, of course, Heather didn't get her free electronic dash cam evidence from corrupt Benton Co. Attorney Philip Miller at her malicious and retaliatory bail hearing on June 1, 2015, did she? She didn't, did she?

II. PROCEDURE: B. General Use. 1. The primary purpose for using audio and video recorders is to obtain evidence. Therefore, all traffic stops, pursuits, emergency vehicle operations, and other incidents of value to law enforcement or training should be recorded. Recorders can also be used to record crash investigation data, statements, Field Reports, etc. 3. Any files after the original is created, including digital files emailed to the transcriptionist, are considered a working copy for policy and evidentiary purposes C Retention: 1. Whenever an audio or video recording documents an arrest or significant incident, the recording constitutes evidence and the legal rules of evidence apply. As in other cases, the arresting or Investigating Member must document and maintain the proper chain of custody for the recorded evidence. c. Recordings which are potentially subject to continuing judicial review (appeals, etc.) shall continue to be in the control of the State Patrol in conjunction with the appropriate prosecutor. e. When a recording contains evidence for a case which is being investigated by another agency, that agency shall be provided a duplicate copy of the recording with the approval of the District/Section Commander. Have we finally got to the malicious hearing on June 9, 2015? The malicious June 9th hearing resulted in Heather finally getting her illegally withheld dash cam video for the illegal K-9 search and the corrupt Trooper's dash cam video? No way, right?

Why? Well apparently both corrupt so-called judges Michael Jesse and corrupt so-called judge Robert Raupp are reading off of corrupt Benton Co. Attorney Philip Miller's obstruction of justice script, aren't they? They are, aren't they?

You remember that corrupt so-called judge Michael Jesse rubber-stamped the malicious warrant for Heather's arrest even though Benton Co. had Heather's phone number, email address and work address, don't you? You do, don't you? Well it was corrupt so-called judge Robert Raupp's turn at the Miller's corruption script, wasn't it? It was, wasn't it?

III. RESPONSIBILITIES: A. Members. 5. Under NO circumstances may a member personally sell, transfer, or distribute copies of audio or video recordings without permission, except under subpoena or directive of the prosecuting attorney. Requests for recordings should be referred to the District/Section Commander. Corrupt so-called judge Robert Raupp's part in the Miller's corruption script was to make the wild and outrageous claim that Heather was to do corrupt Benton Co. Attorney Miller's job, wasn't it? It was, wasn't it?

Corrupt so-called judge Robert Raupp told Heather that is was her "job" to get the illegally withheld dash cam video from corrupt State Patrol Capt. Jeff Westrum, didn't he? He did, didn't he? Corrupt State Patrol Capt. Jeff Westrum was illegally withholding the dash cam video from Heather in case no. 73-CR-14-9669, wasn't he? He was, wasn't he?

And corrupt State Patrol Capt. Jeff Westrum was illegally withholding the incriminating (Incriminates the corrupt the state patrol, right?) dash cam video in Heather March 11, 2015 Mn data practice request, wasn't he? He was, wasn't he?

B. District/Section Commander

1. Establish a district policy for handling transcription requests.

2. Make available any recordings with training value to the Training Center after final adjudication.

So now corrupt State Patrol Capt. Jeff Westrum is suddenly and mysteriously going to stop illegally withholding Heather's free electronic data? Now way, right?

This is just another scam, isn't it? It is, isn't it? The General Orders for the corrupt State Patrol clearly state that the dash cam video can only be released with the prosecutor's permission, doesn't it? It does, doesn't it? So that means that corrupt St. Cloud City Attorney Matthew A. Staehling never gave corrupt State Patrol Capt. Jeff Westrum permission to the dash cam video to Heather in case no. 73-CR-14-9669, right? That's right, isn't it? And it must be why corrupt State Patrol Capt. Jeff Westrum never released the dash cam video to Heather for her data practice request either, huh? That's right, isn't it?
