What is the penalty for violating Minnesota’s EIC regulations?
It is a felony for a person prohibited from possessing an EIC based on a prior conviction to possess an EIC. Likewise, it is a felony to knowingly sell or furnish an EIC to such a person. It is also a felony to use an EIC against a peace officer.
