Lion News: Rice Co. Attorney John Fossum Retaliates Against Ayrlahn Johnson By Calling Deputies?

Rice Co. Attorney John Fossum tried and failed to incite Ayrlahn Johnson to violence by treating him as a social leper on April, 10, 2015, didn't he? He did, didn't he?

Rice Co. Attorney John Fossum tried and failed to incite Ayrlahn Johnson to violence by treating him as a social leper to cover up the rigging of not one, but two, of Ayrlahn's court cases, right?

That's right, isn't it? Fossum has rigged both 66-VB-14-4097 & 66-VB-14-3349, hasn't he?

He has, hasn't he?

PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT OF PEACE OFFICERS MODEL POLICY MN STAT 626.8457 E. PRINCIPLE FIVE Peace officers shall treat all members of the public courteously and with respect. b) No peace officer shall ridicule, mock, deride, taunt, belittle, willfully embarrass, humiliate, or shame any person to do anything reasonably calculated to incite a person to violence. Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbour. Exodus 20:16 King James Version (KJV)

And Rice Co. Attorney John Fossum needed to shut up Ayrlahn Johnson and make him go away, didn't he?

In America, both court decision (14) and statute (15) recognize the prosecutor's role as a law enforcement officer. In their roles as law enforcement officers, prosecutors can become involved in almost all aspects of the investigation of a case, and it is sometimes very easy for them to become too much the law enforcement officer and too little the minister of justice. 14. Krischer v. D'Amato, 674 So.2d 909 (Fla.App.4 th DCA 1996); District Attorney for Norfolk Dit.v. Flately, 419 Mass. 507, 509 n.3, 646 N.E.2d 127, 128 (1995); People v. Jackson, 192. Mich.App. 10, 15, 480 N.W.2d 283, 286 (1991); State v. Vitiello, 377 N.J.Super. 452, 457, 873 A.2d 591, 594 (2005).15. West's Fla. Stat.Ann. § 790.001(8)(f); New Jersey Stat. Ann, § 2A:158-5. George R. Dekle, Sr, Prosecution Principles: A Clinical Handbook (Thompson/West:2007), Page 5.

Rice Co. Attorney John Fossum needed the public to stop thinking about his criminal acts, didn't he? (It is a criminal act to obstruct justice, isn't it?)

“However, the influence exerted by the covert methods of interpersonal control is harmful to human well-being and normal development. One of the major ways such methods work is through the evocation of human misery in the myriad of shame, guilt, and anxiety.” Gaslighting, The Double Whammy, Interrogation and Other Covert Control in Psychotherapy & Analysis, Theo L. Dorpat (Maryland: 2004), Page 29.

So Rice Co. Attorney John Fossum tried to incite Ayrlahn to violence and charge him with some bullshit charge so he could scream that Fossum was the victim, right? That's right, isn't it?

The various types of gaslighting have in common two defining features. The first is an attempt to impair or destroy an individual's confidence in his or her psychic abilities. After this first aim has been achieved, the second aim is to attain control over the feelings, thoughts, and behaviors of the victim.

However the true victim - (Ayrlahn Johnson is a victim of Rice Co. Corrution, isn't he?) didn't fall for the trap set by corrupt County Attorney Fossum, did he? He didn't, did he?

By making another person feel fearful, guilty, or ashamed, the manipulator is in a position to gain control over the other individual's affects, thoughts, and behaviors by substituting his own beliefs. This is the basic mechanism of gaslighting whether used in everyday life, in psychotherapy situations, or in the thought-reform and mind-control manipulations of cult leaders. Some advertising and many social interactions in which one person attempts to gain control over another are based on this principle.” Gaslighting, The Double Whammy, Interrogation and Other Covert Control in Psychotherapy & Analysis, Theo L. Dorpat (Maryland: 2004), Page 7.

This just more proof that Rice Co. Attorney John Fossum can't win any court case unless he illegally withholds your evidence from you, isn't it? Plus, it is also proof that Fossum will retaliate against you with thugs armed with badges & guns to cover up his obstruction of justice, isn't it? It is, isn't it?

With the rise of the democracies and the dethronement and disempowering of previously powerful groups such as the military, the nobility, and the like, there has been a gradual shift from the conscious and explicit use of direct methods of interpersonal and social control to one that are more indirect, subtle, and covert. Gaslighting, The Double Whammy, Interrogation and Other Covert Control in Psychotherapy & Analysis, Theo L. Dorpat (Maryland: 2004), Page xviii.

You can't trust any arrest, prosecution nor conviction in lawless Rice County, can you? You can't, can you?

More to come . . . .
