Oh, by the way, I just checking to see if there is any interest on your part to participate in a possible(?) [Or is it probably? Who really knows, right?] event. I'm sure that you are familiar with the statutes since the former Wildlife Compact Coordinator was prosecuted for similar violations of the law, aren't I? And it's only fair that Anthony gets to file criminal charges for being force to drive all that way (One way: 870 to 919 miles depending on route) for a case that never should have been brought to start with, right? After all both the DNR and Anthony have audios that indicate that the DNR officer illegally entered the cabin, right?
So far Nathan Bowe, Editor Detroit Lakes Online/ Forum Communications Company hung up the phone on me. Matt Erickson Editor Brainerd Dispatch/Forum Communications Company said he wasn't interested. Erickson sounded like he was definitely going to email Bowe to find out if he was going to go, didn't he? And then suddenly and mysteriously Erickson changed his mind, didn't he? And WCCO's Bill Hudson hasn't returned my message that I left on his voicemail, has he? Maybe Bowe, Erickson and Hudson will all agree to show up at the Detroit Lakes Police dept if you agree to show up and hand out copies of the incriminating audio of the illegal search of Anthony's cabin?
Major Salo doesn't want me talking to you, does he? Did I mention that your Major Salo hung up the phone on me today? Salo and Bowe should know that hanging up the phone on a call that is being recorded makes them look guilty, shouldn't they? They should, shouldn't they? Arrests and Confiscations Unit

This unit is responsible for the proper disposition of nonperishable articles confiscated from violators of Minnesota game and fish laws. A firearms auction is held in the late summer or early fall and is open to the public. This auction is publicized in newspapers, and is also carried by various radio stations throughout the state. A complete list of articles may be obtained by contacting this unit during the month preceding the sale.
The unit also provides a summary of confiscated animals, such as illegally taken, diseased, or crippled deer, moose, and bear. A summary of arrests showing a breakdown of violations and percentage of not guilty or dismissals on all game and fish, snowmobile, and watercraft laws is prepared by this unit and is available to the public by contacting the unit.
Efficient LETG RMS provides agencies with the capability to store all incident related information in one single location eliminating the need for the maintenance of multiple systems. For example, users are able to attach files such as scanned documents, digital photos and videos or any other file directly to an incident with only a few simple clicks. This process works in a similar fashion to how most email systems work by browsing for and selecting the file to be attached. System administrators are able to determine which type of file attachments will be allowed to be attached to an incident to ensure no harmful files are accidently attached. A former Minnesota Department of Natural Resources officer was sentenced Monday to two years of probation for improperly accessing driver's license data on and off the job. John A. Hunt, 49, of Woodbury, who pleaded guilty in February to misconduct by a public officer, unauthorized computer access and unauthorized use of driver and vehicle services data, had five additional counts dismissed at his sentencing in Ramsey County District Court. Hunt was fined $1,000 fine and ordered to undergo counseling for mental health issues. Alex Gutierrez for harassment and multiple violations the Minnesota Government Data Practice Act (MGDPA). Mr. Karpan: I do have one request. Um, I've not asked for this before, I'm not sure how to handle it, but the Department of Natural Resources as they've done in the past has seen fit to do a press release, and officer Osborne has answered questions for the newspaper. My client – all the facts of the case are in the Echo Press, on the radio and in sporting magazines. Not only are there quotes in there that aren't - - I mean I know the State has a right to release incident data I think it's called. Under Chapter 13.82, investigative data is not to be released. Well, there are pictures allegedly of my client's fish all over the Echo Press. Everybody in town is talking about it. I don't know if I'll have to make a change of venue motion eventually. I'll have to see how this plays out in a few months. But under 13.82, there's no way the DNR is supposed to be releasing pictures of evidence to the newspaper. It prejudices my client. It prejudices all of us. It makes it impossible to get a fair trail. So I'm asking the Court to order the Department of Natural Resources to not discuss this case any further until it's done. The Court: Mr. Hochsprung? Mr. Hochsprung: Your Honor, I did not authorize the Department of Natural Resources to disclose anything to the paper. The encounter between Officer Osborne and appellant was coercive from the beginning because it began with a show of authority when an armed, uniformed officer approached appellant to inspect appellant's catch.
