You've been waiting for the latest on the missing John Lom audio file, haven't you? Well, more evidence has been gathered, hasn't it?  This is a copy of the Cass County invoice which clearly states it contains an audio file, correct?

Yet, when you look on the disk there is no audio file, is there?

So where is the audio file Cass County? Why is the audio file missing, huh? Does it incriminate you or Itasca County or both of you? What are you trying to hide, huh?

By the way, why are you charging John Lom $10.00 for a pdf/audio file anyway? According to state law, a subject of data is only to be charged actual costs, aren't they? (And there is no law that requires you to charge John for his data, is there?) This is a ripoff in more ways than one, isn't it?

Well here it is, isn't it? Transcript Of John Lom's Complaint (Where Is The Recording?) Against Itasca County Deputies Kyle Curtiss & Robert LeClair? Well part of it is, right? The only problem is the video/audio didn't come with the package, did it? So how can you tell if the transcript is accurate, huh? Guess? Hope? Trust? Those are the last things you do when cops are involved, aren't they?

Too long to send a pdf file, huh?  That was the only thing on the disc, wasn't it? According to the context, it would be a video file or an audio file, wouldn't it?  And since an audio file takes up little space we are talking about a video file, aren't we?

Well it's official, isn't it? Itasca County Attorney John "Good Ol' Boy #1" Muhar is willing to fabricate phony paperwork for the sheriff but he won't perjure himself for the sheriff, will he?

Sounds just like in John Lom's case, doesn't it?

A little context, okay? When Itasca County Deputy Aaron Edward Apitz was making child porn with an Itasca county iPhone the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA) was called in, wasn't it?

So when Itasca County Deputies Kyle Curtis & Robert LeClair repeatedly come up with the lame "the dog ate my homework" (Destruction of dash cam video, right?) excuse, you'd think that the the first thing that would happen is the that BCA would be called in, wouldn't you? And if you know anything about the criminal activity of the lawless Sheriff's department in Swift county you would want to double check their traffic stops, also, wouldn't you?

John Lom Checks To See If Evidence Is Being Withheld In Itasca Co. VS. Tim Salisbury?

Just received a phone call at about 12:15 pm today from Tim Salisbury, didn't I? Apparently John Lom's letter must have caused the crooks at Itasca County's County Attorney's office to have a severe loosening of their bowels and bladders, mustn't it? The letter prompted a response to Salisbury in which the assistant county attorney (The County Attorney couldn't leave the bathroom, right?) stated that "no dash cam video exists" for the trumped up traffic stop, didn't it?

One needs to ask: "Does the dog eat every single dash cam video of Itasca County deputy Kyle Curtiss or just the ones which contain incriminating evidence against him, huh?"

Maybe the "Good Ol' Boys" at the Itasca County Sheriff's department can fabricate some work orders and notices to the factory about the so-called faulty safety device, huh? Or maybe the "dog" ate them, too?

When John Lom heard that Itasca County's deputy Kyle Curtiss was the guy who ticketed Tim Salisbury, he wanted to know if his so-called faulty dash cam video was working on that occasion, didn't he? Apparently lawless Itasca County uses the same old, tired, "the dog at my home work" excuse for when they "mysteriously" don't have dash cam video, don't they?
