Mr. Sohn: Let me please give the Court some accurate information because this is getting rather upsetting. My client has done everything in his power and has fully complied with this order. He’s been in full lock down for seven weeks. He’s done everything he was required to do and more. When I went to visit in his house he wouldn’t even let – his foot could not even exit the front door with the bracelet for fear he’d be in violation. I’ve discussed this with Ms. Picazio because I’ve not had direct contact with Ms. Picazio. Let me just first take in order what Mr. Speer mentioned, Terry Nemors (phonetic). Terry Nemors, I don’t know. He has interjected himself into this case as a legal expert and authority somehow in the laws in the United States. He has been emailing me indicating that he believes there are certain steps I should take in representing my client. I, basically, deleted his e-mails. I did repsond to him one time and say, “If you bothered to read the court file, you would have some clue as to what’s going on in this case.” He;s telling me what I should do to request discovery. I don’t know this man from a hole in the wall but my client has had no contact with him. I don’t know what complaint, allegedly my client’s wife has filed against Ms. Picazio but that – it is what it is. My client did not encourage any type of complaint to be filed. I’ve been on the phone calls. For the most part my client and his wife say, “Hello. How are you?” “How you doing?” “How’s the house?” “How’s the family?” So there is nothing about filing any complaints against Ms. Picazio. I also told my client’s wife when I got the first email from Mr. Nemors, “Do not have any contact with this person. This person seem to want to interject himself into this. I don’t know who he is, what his motives are, but please just cut any contact with him.” So, to deny my client the right to talk to his wife – He doesn’t have a phone. He’s going to be going through his son Cole’s phone. The only difference is, I won’t be on the call. His son will be on the call. That’s the simple request.
