Sheriff Ross "12 YOA Kiddies Run My Computer" Litman is harassing me by willfully refusing to provide me with a copy of the public portion of the investigate report related to the complaint that I filed against Duluth Police Chief Gordon "Cover-Up King" Ramsay for harassment, misconduct of a public official and multiple & blatant violations of MGDPA. Litman and his minions have willfully ignored my numerous recorded phone calls. Corrupt St. Louis Co. Lt. Jason Akerson acknowledged receipt of my complaint in a call recorded on February 4, 2016 at 11:00am. Surprise, surprise – Litman is also illegally withholding readily available, free, electronic, public data from me. No, surprise, huh? I'd list it all but I don't want to put all sorts of time and effort into a complaint that you are just going to toss in the garbage anyways, right? That's right, isn't it? Again, the only reason I am filing this legitimate complaint is to prove to the world that the Minnesota Board of Peace Officer Standards and Training (POST) Board is just as much of a sham and a fraud as the City of Duluth Police dept. and the St. Louis Co.
