Yet, when Starbuck's Clerk/Treasurer Andrea Swenson was notified by the City of Hancock about a problem with a 4,000.00 insurance check, Swenson ask for and received documents and the audio recordings of the City of Hancock's city council meetings, didn't she? She did, didn't she?

It's a matter of the public record that Starbuck's Clerk/Treasurer Andrea Swenson asked for and received the public data, isn't it? It is, isn't it?

So Starbuck's Clerk/Treasurer Andrea Swenson has misused public money to illegally withhold public data from me, won't she? And Starbuck's Clerk/Treasurer Andrea Swenson is currently misusing public funds to cover up her illegal withholding of public money, isn't she?

Since there is clear, precise and unquestionable evidence that Starbuck's Clerk/Treasurer Andrea Swenson is illegally withholding public data and misusing public resources to illegally withhold the public data, Swenson should be: 1. Fired 2. Prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law, right?

2013 Minnesota Statutes 13.09 PENALTIES. Any person who willfully violates the provisions of this chapter or any rules adopted under this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor. Willful violation of this chapter by any public employee constitutes just cause for suspension without pay or dismissal of the public employee.

But since we live in the lawless shit-hole called lawless Pope County we know that won't happen, don't we? We do, don't we?
