The theft occurred in April of 2013 when Andrea Swenson was Hancock's Clerk/Treasurer, right? I wonder if Andrea Swenson put that as a skill/qualification on her resume for the Clerk/Treasurer position at the City of Starbuck, don't I? I do, don't I?
Council members received a letter from former city clerk Andrea Swenson about a dispute over a payment made to her. It was decided to send the claim to the Steven’s County Sheriff's Office with the council members all voting in favor and Mayor Bruce Malo voting against. As City of Starbuck's Clerk/Treasurer Andrea Swenson has certainly shown her abilities to engage in criminal activity, hasn't she? She has, hasn't she?
Clerk/Treasurer Swenson has been wasting valuable government resource in her attempt to illegally withhold public data from me, hasn't she? She has, hasn't she?
Final item, the $4,000 check issued in April 2013 has been discussed with the city attorney which resulted in the finding that the next step will be to file a Criminal Investigation with the Sherriff’s office. There is no way to estimate what the cost will be once this process is started. Ver Steeg suggested that a letter be sent to the previous clerk asking for proof of the agreement for the check in question before filing with the Sherriff’s Office. Suggestion was passed on a Motion by Schroeder, seconded by Staples. All approved. APPROVED – STATE OF MINNESOTA – COUNTY OF STEVENS – CITY OF HANCOCK – MINUTES OF MEETING, January 13, 2014.

And it is being illegally withheld because Pope County Attorney/Assistant Glenwood City Attorney Neil Nelson doesn't want me to have the data, isn't it? That's right, isn't it?
Pope County Attorney/Assistant Glenwood City Attorney Neil Nelson doesn't want me to have the data since I can use it to prove that he rigged the trial for Glenwood's perjuring City Council member Kyle Thompson, right? That's right, isn't it?
Regarding the issue of the $4,000.00 insurance check that was printed in April 2013 by the prior city clerk, Andrea Swenson, Swenson had been sent a letter asking for document proof the approval of the check in question. Ver Steeg stated that Swenson had contacted her requesting documents and council tapes. Per MN Statute, Chapter 13 – an invoice was sent for the information and requesting information will be given once payment is received. Swenson also asked to have until February 21st 2014 to review the information which the council allowed. And has Starbuck's Clerk/Treasurer Andrea Swenson provided my with those audio recording? No, she hasn't, has she?
Yet, when Starbuck's Clerk/Treasurer Andrea Swenson was notified by the City of Hancock about a problem with a 4,000.00 insurance check, Swenson ask for and received documents and the audio recordings of the City of Hancock's city council meetings, didn't she? She did, didn't she?
It's a matter of the public record that Starbuck's Clerk/Treasurer Andrea Swenson asked for and received the public data, isn't it? It is, isn't it?
So Starbuck's Clerk/Treasurer Andrea Swenson has misused public money to illegally withhold public data from me, won't she? And Starbuck's Clerk/Treasurer Andrea Swenson is currently misusing public funds to cover up her illegal withholding of public money, isn't she?
Since there is clear, precise and unquestionable evidence that Starbuck's Clerk/Treasurer Andrea Swenson is illegally withholding public data and misusing public resources to illegally withhold the public data, Swenson should be: 1. Fired 2. Prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law, right?
2013 Minnesota Statutes 13.09 PENALTIES. Any person who willfully violates the provisions of this chapter or any rules adopted under this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor. Willful violation of this chapter by any public employee constitutes just cause for suspension without pay or dismissal of the public employee.
But since we live in the lawless shit-hole called lawless Pope County we know that won't happen, don't we? We do, don't we?
So the best strategy is to start demanding a Forensic Audit of the City of Starbuck's books, isn't it? It is, isn't it?
