It certainly looks like I have another Taser video from Itasca County that has been tampered with, doesn't it? It does, doesn't it?

The taser video of Joey Struble looks like it only has the middle of the story/incident recorded, doesn't it? It does, doesn't it?

Actually, the original video should have what is missing from this 1 minute and 46 second taser video, shouldn't it? It should, shouldn't it?

Only part of the problem lies with the trigger happy deputy who is shooting the taser and the video, isn't it? That's right, isn't it?

Trigger-happy Itasca County deputy Chris Miller isn't in charge of removing the taser video, is he?

So that means that more than one individual from the Itasca County Sheriff's dept. could have exposed the tampering of Joey Struble's evidence, doesn't it?

It does, doesn't it? But why wasn't the tampering of Joey Struble's taser video reported by the personnel of the Itasca County Sheriff's dept.? Hmm?

Pope County Deputy Gary Wold explained this type of thinking to me long ago, didn't he? Wold's father told Gary to "go along - to get along," didn't he?

That means to keep your mouth shut - no matter what you see - so you can get your paycheck, doesn't it? It does, doesn't it?

That kind of thinking is used by people who enforce two different sets of laws, isn't it?

The signs and symptoms of corrupt local official engaging in a data dodging are:

1.  The corrupt local official refuse to be kind, courteous and helpful on data requests.

2. The corrupt local official are hateful, rude and obstructive on data requests.

3. The corrupt local official refuse to give an itemized statements to justify their outrageous bills.

4. The corrupt local official will issue outrages bills for data you didn't receive, you didn't ask for or over-inflated charges.

5. Or they just ignore your data request completely.

So you need to question every charge, don't you?  You do, don't you?

Especially from a petty dictator who wants illegal tickets to be issued, right? And when they have a long history of illegally withholding public data, right? You do, don't you?

They were, weren't they? Possession of a pistol and/or ammo in a courthouse is a felony, isn't it? It is, isn't it? 

2013 Minnesota Statutes, 609.66 DANGEROUS WEAPONS.

Subd. 1g. Felony; possession in courthouse or certain state buildings.

(a) A person who commits either of the following acts is guilty of a felony and may be sentenced to imprisonment for not more than five years or to payment of a fine of not more than $10,000, or both:

(1) possesses a dangerous weapon, ammunition, or explosives within any courthouse complex; or

(2) possesses a dangerous weapon, ammunition, or explosives in any state building within the Capitol Area described in chapter 15B, other than the National Guard Armory.

(b) Unless a person is otherwise prohibited or restricted by other law to possess a dangerous weapon, this subdivision does not apply to:

(1) licensed peace officers or military personnel who are performing official duties;

(2) persons who carry pistols according to the terms of a permit issued under section 624.714 and who so notify the sheriff or the commissioner of public safety, as appropriate;

(3) persons who possess dangerous weapons for the purpose of display as demonstrative evidence during testimony at a trial or hearing or exhibition in compliance with advance notice and safety guidelines set by the sheriff or the commissioner of public safety; or

(4) persons who possess dangerous weapons in a courthouse complex with the express consent of the county sheriff or who possess dangerous weapons in a state building with the express consent of the commissioner of public safety.

But when you live in a lawless county the application of the laws are arbitrary and capricious, aren't they? (Willy-Nilly, right?) They are, aren't they?

Lawless counties only need to maintain the appearance of following the law, don't they? They do, don't they?

However, catching the so-called law enforcement of a lawless county in the act of provoking a criminal act creates a real public relations nightmare for the lawless county, doesn't it? It does, doesn't it?

So what will happen is the so-called officials will come up with some sort of retarded justification for this criminal act, won't they? They will, won't they? And the really naive, the really stupid and the haters of justice will blindly except the retarded excuse, won't they? They will, won't they?

 

That's why I don't rely on the really naive, the really stupid and the haters of justice who blindly except the retarded excuses, isn't it? It is, isn't it? And that is why I keep bring up all the lawless county's public relations nightmares, isn't it? It is, isn't it?

And if Ramsey County would rig an investigation for something simple like an investigation for a contemptuous attitude, then you know that they would rig an investigation for illegally withheld data, wouldn't you? You would, wouldn't you?
