It would look like Mankato's Public Safety Director Todd Miller is trying to retaliate against me for:

1. Catching Director Miller playing on the internet (My blog: Lion News & My YouTube Channel: ArrestAJudgeKit) instead of working on my data request for drunk-driving, cop-fleeing Mankato Police officer Daniel Padilla.

2. Catching Director Miller dodging my data request.

The surprise Navy memo said to negotiate with Mr. MacFarlane over his request and characterize it as a waste of time. It also said, Politico reported, to speak about the cost of fulfilling the request as a means of pressuring Mr. MacFarlane to “narrow the scope” of his FOIA. You would think that if Director Miller was playing on my blog and my YouTube channel for 17 minutes and 38 seconds that he would have figured out that I thrive on exposing corrupt local officials who engage in retarded data dodging schemes, wouldn't you?

You would, wouldn't you?

But that is what keeps the content flowing on to the blog, isn't it?

The corrupt local officials fall back onto their training, which is to dodge data requests, isn't it?

Nothing makes me more suspicious then someone who is engaging in tactics to dodge data requests, does it?

And, if the corrupt local officials think that I will allow them to misuse public money to dodge data requests, insult my intelligence and waste my valuable time, then they had better think again, hadn't they?

Yet, who is caught on his own squad video and audio disabling the safety device? Yeah, the AEO called Coleraine Police Officer Daniel Mooers, badge no. 253, right?

The squad video/audio are safety devices, aren't they? They are, aren't they?
Then why is Coleraine Police Officer Daniel Mooers disabling the squad audio sound? And why is it left off from 4:52 to the end of the video? What does Mooers have to hide?

The taser video of Joey Struble looks like it only has the middle of the story/incident recorded, doesn't it? It does, doesn't it?

Actually, the original video should have what is missing from this 1 minute and 46 second taser video, shouldn't it? It should, shouldn't it?

Only part of the problem lies with the trigger happy deputy who is shooting the taser and the video, isn't it? That's right, isn't it?

Trigger-happy Itasca County deputy Chris Miller isn't in charge of removing the taser video, is he?

So more than one individual from the Itasca County Sheriff's dept. has aided and abetted in the censoring of Joey Stuble's taser video, haven't they?

So that means that more than one individual from the Itasca County Sheriff's dept. could have exposed the tampering of Joey Struble's evidence, doesn't it?

It does, doesn't it? But why wasn't the tampering of Joey Struble's taser video reported by the personnel of the Itasca County Sheriff's dept.? Hmm?

Pope County Deputy Gary Wold explained this type of thinking to me long ago, didn't he? Wold's father told Gary to "go along - to get along," didn't he?

That means to keep your mouth shut - no matter what you see - so you can get your paycheck, doesn't it? It does, doesn't it?

That kind of thinking is used by people who enforce two different sets of laws, isn't it?

The signs and symptoms of corrupt local official engaging in a data dodging are:

1.  The corrupt local official refuse to be kind, courteous and helpful on data requests.

2. The corrupt local official are hateful, rude and obstructive on data requests.

3. The corrupt local official refuse to give an itemized statements to justify their outrageous bills.

4. The corrupt local official will issue outrages bills for data you didn't receive, you didn't ask for or over-inflated charges.

5. Or they just ignore your data request completely.

So you need to question every charge, don't you?  You do, don't you?

Especially from a petty dictator who wants illegal tickets to be issued, right? And when they have a long history of illegally withholding public data, right? You do, don't you?
