Do you think that the motive for Broward County Sheriff Gregory Tony (954) 831-8901 to harass me over readily available, free, electronic, public data (aka Internal Affairs Division policy and procedure manual aka General Orders) might have something to do with me providing evidence that Field McConnell was coerced into pleading guilty to a crime that he did not commit? If Sheriff Tony was not giving the prosecutor exculpatory evidence that I was providing Tony, then it would make sense that McConnell would be forced into a plea deal, correct? Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.113 Effective May 16, 2016 Rule 3.113 (minimum standards for attorneys in felony cases) will be required. On October 10, 2019 at 1930hrs, this Detective met with Kim Picazio who responded to the Parkland District Office in regards to a subject identified as Field McConnell (AKA Abel Danger) who had been repeatedly harassing her by means of the internet and live stream / pod casts and making terroristic death threats against her. ... I asked the victim to describe the events that started in July 2019 and she state that she was preparing for an upcoming trial in Minnesota regarding a subject identified as Timothy Holmseth. The victim stated that suspect McConnell started taping live You Tube shows several times a week featuring Holmseth. During these broadcasts, McConnell threatened the victim, the prosecutor in the case, as well as the judge. She stated that she is an attorney out of Florida and has been dealing with him for quite some time. I looked at some of the videos however they were very lengthy and did not want them in their entirety. In the videos Mr. McConnell appeared to on about several things and the clips I watched did not find anything threatening however, I did not watch the entire clip. Kim stated that she would have her staff transcribe them and point out the parts where Mr. McConnell threatened her. We discussed the situation for quite some time and I explained to her the statute she had in mind did not fit the criteria in WI and at that point at the very least it may be disorderly conduct. She stated that she understood. I advised her I would document what was occurring. I gave her my email address information and as of Friday October 4, 2019 I had not received an email from Kim regarding the information she was going to send me. I ended my contact with her a short time later.
