All parties were cleared of warrants. … I offered the back seat of my patrol vehicle to both Snowdon and McCarthy because of the cold weather. Snowdon did not want to sit in my vehicle but McCarthy accepted. I told him that the door did not open from the inside but that he was not under arrest at this point. The APD is looking to purchase one of the PG5s through the Minnesota State Patrol. Sgt. Scott Zehr of the Minnesota State Patrol provided training to the APD last week on the new tool, which fires a direct impact marking round effective from 5-120 feet away. The rounds fired by the APD were filled with green chalk, and upon impact, leaves a mark on the target subject. Sgt. Rule 26.03 Procedures During Trial Subd. 1. Defendant's Presence. (3) Presence Not Required. 1. Corporations. A corporation may appear by counsel. 2. Felony. In felony cases, the court may, on the defendant's motion, excuse the defendant's presence except at arraignment, plea, trial, and sentencing.
There is no reason for me to attend any of these ridiculous and judicially uneconomical hearings. Why? Neither Haberkorn’s nor Davis have filed for sanctions against the Aitkin county attorney Jim Ratz for illegally withholding my criminal investigative data. What data? The data for the State’s witnesses that Ratz intends to call for my rigged trial.
CRIMINAL PROCEDURE Rule 9. Discovery in Felony, Gross Misdemeanor, and Misdemea- nor Cases Subd. 8. Sanctions. If a party fails to comply with a discovery rule or order, the court may, on notice and motion, order the party to permit the discovery, grant a continuance, or enter any order it deems just in the circumstances. Any person who willfully disobeys a court's discovery order may be held in contempt.

Maus’ residence at 13098 Kingwood Dr S, Baxter, MN 56425 to have a warrant signed.
While so-called public defenders Haberkorn nor Davis were collecting a paycheck for doing essentially nothing for me, I was busy. On Wednesday, January 18, 2017 I submitted a Chapter 13 data request to Aitkin County Sheriff Scott Turner for my jail data. Turner willfully refused to respond. On 02-27-17 I filed a complaint against Turner with Department of Corrections Corrections Investigations Manager Cari Gerlicher. Gerlicher willfully refused to respond. On March 13, 2017 I filed a criminal complaint against Turner with Aitkin Police Chief Tim Catlin. That was another joke.
All Catlin wanted to do was pretend to investigate Turner. (This is also my signed complaint against

Catlin. 626.89 Peace Officer Discipline Procedure) Just like so-called public defenders Haberkorn and Davis who pretended to do their job, Catlin only wanted to send me harassing voicemails and harassing emails asking me to “call him.” Catlin made absolute no effort to take an audio statement from me when I was at my latest joke hearing in Aitkin county on 04/18/2017.

Plus, Catlin has willfully refused to email me the public portion of my criminal complaint against Turner. Catlin is over the 10 day time limit for providing data to data subjects and over the time limit for reasonableness - Minnesota Department of Administration Advisory Opinion 95-0425.
I had a great fear that Catlin would harass me by wasting my valuable time and wasting my valuable resources in an attempt to get me to drop my valid complaint against Turner. My suspicions were validated when I received an email from Mr. Terry Dean, Nemmers. Mr. Nemmers filed a similar complaint against ISD 1 Superintendent Bernie Novak with Catlin. Catlin’s harassment tactics are to get you to his job.
In reference to the below email, for me to follow through on your complaint I would need a transcript of your phone conversations with Mr. Novak. From those phone conversations you will need to show me exactly what part you are basing your complaint on. Also, I would need to take a formal statement from you preferably in person so we can discuss in detail your complaint against Mr. Novak. Please respond with a date that you will have this completed.
