I'm still trying to make sense of the wild and outrageous claims of "initial allegations indicated that there could be some financial irregularities and to do a finance case is complicated and very time consuming," aren't I?
Mumm did not record the trips in her county-issued calendar in four instances, the affidavit says. The case is being prosecuted by Clearbrook County Attorney Richard Mollin, who is acting as special prosecutor. Because, even after Rogalla was caught in the act of a "conflict of interest" by investigating his friend, Sally Mumm, Rogalla continued the "conflict of interest" by assigning his own assistant county attorney to "investigate" Mumm, didn't he? He did, didn't he?
