Clearwater Co. Attorney Richard Mollins is conspiring with corrupt Clearwater Co. Sheriff Darin Halverson to illegally withhold free electronic public data from Nemmers, isn't he? He is, isn't he? (Check out all the emails that I posted, okay?) And it is criminal misconduct of a public official (609.43) to illegally withhold (13.09) free electronic public data, isn't it?

Mumm did not record the trips in her county-issued calendar in four instances, the affidavit says. The case is being prosecuted by Clearbrook County Attorney Richard Mollin, who is acting as special prosecutor. Mollin said he started working on the case in January after Pennington County Attorney Alan Rogalla asked him to take the case due to a conflict of interest. Now you know why Rogalla doesn't want this information, don't you?

Today: Al Rogalla / Pennington Co. Prosecutor: “About 1 month ago we handed the whole matter over to the Clearwater County Attorney for that independent evaluation. Or maybe Rogalla (The trained and professional liar, right?) gave false information as to when the case was actually assigned to Mollins?
Rogalla stated on or about April 9, 2015: "“About 1 month ago we handed the whole matter over to the Clearwater County Attorney for that independent evaluation.", right? I have a reasonable suspicion that the assigned wasn't signed when Rogalla claimed it was signed, don't I? I do, don't I?
Just like I have a reasonable suspicion that Rogalla's friend Mumm will run to her 07/16/2015 Pre-trial at 1:30 PM in front of so-called judicial officer Yon, Tamara Lynn and plead guilty to a "sweet heart deal," right?
That's right, isn't it?
