Hmm?  Is former Chief Judge Charles H. LeDuc having a hard time finding the "Dismissal" button on his expensive eCourtMn software? Inquiring minds want to know, don't they? Is LeDuc going to continue with this one-sided treatment in Lom's civil case? Of course, what do you expect when so-called judges like LeDuc allow corrupt attorneys like Naglosky and Itasaca Co. Attorney Jack Muhar to get away with illegally withholding discovery from the victims that they are maliciously prosecuting, right?

Itasca County was notified as the suspect in question resides outside of Koochiching County. Itasca County responded and assisted in the investigation, it was determined based on their prior knowledge of Lom and his residence that an arrest warrant along with a search warrant should be conducted as Lom is very anti Law Enforcement and will not be cooperative with our investigation and evidence could be destroyed in the process if not done properly. 13.03 ACCESS TO GOVERNMENT DATA. Subd. 3. Request for access to data. (a) Upon request to a responsible authority or designee, ... (d) ... The responsible authority, upon the request of any person, shall provide sufficient documentation to explain and justify the fee being charged. (e) The responsible authority of a government entity that maintains public government data in a computer storage medium shall provide to any person making a request under this section a copy of any public data contained in that medium, in electronic form, if the government entity can reasonably make the copy or have a copy made. (f). Upon the request of any person denied access to data, the responsible authority or designee shall certify in writing that the request has been denied and cite the specific statutory section, temporary classification, or specific provision of federal law upon which the denial was based. Subd. 2. Procedures. (a) The responsible authority in every government entity shall establish procedures, consistent with this chapter, to insure that requests for government data are received and complied with in an appropriate and prompt manner. 13.05 DUTIES OF RESPONSIBLE AUTHORITY. Subd. 12.  Identification or justification.  Unless specifically authorized by statute, government entities may not require persons to identify themselves, state a reason for, or justify a request to gain access to public government data. A person may be asked to provide certain identifying or clarifying information for the sole purpose of facilitating access to the data.

I have multiple photos of the damage squad #651 taken on January 3, 2016. And the photos indicate that the damaged squad #651 does not have a functioning driver's side headlight nor blinker. Is it part of Starbuck police Chief Mitch Johnsrud's job description to endanger the public's safety? Oh, by the way, did you get a call from the City of Glenwood Police or the Pope Co. Sheriff's dept.? I called both to report squad #651's presence at the perjury palace, didn't I? I have a reasonable suspicion that they didn't call since Pope Co. is a lawless county.

Oh, speaking of hostile and passive-aggressive, I also reported the threat to public safety to drunk driving City Of Glenwood Mayor Scott Formo, Sr., didn't I? I also told "drunk"  Formo to call Starbuck City Attorney/Pope Co. Attorney/Glenwood Assistant City Attorney Neil T. On a final note Chief Johnsrud asked permission from the council to trade in the 2010 truck for an identical model of the 2014 vehicle at an expense of $ 4008. The other option would be a car for $1835. He feels that the truck is not a good fit for the department. After some discussion prior to the council meeting with Clerk Swenson, he informed the council that the cost savings from the previous chief to him would allow for the payment of a new vehicle. The amount to outfit the new vehicle would be around $8000 which would be able to come out of the current Police budget. On a motion by Gorder, second by Katzenmeyer council approved the purchase of a 2015 Utility Police Vehicle at the price of $4008 after the trade in of the 2010 Ford Truck with Marthaler Ford, and the inputting of graphics and supplies at a price of approximately $8400. Chief of Police Mitch Johnsrud presented the police report. Chief Johnsrud read Officer Rinn the oath of office and presented him with his badge. Chief Johnsrud asked for permission to hire an additional full time officer who will rotate with the two current full time officers as the School Resource Officer. Elliot Draz, would be the recommended employee, contingent on a positive background check, and psychological evaluation. On a Motion by Katzenmeyer second by Moen council approved the hiring contingent on final approval of the contract with the School District. Motion carried. Chief Johnsrud also noted that the speed indicator trailer is now fixed and will be put into storage for the winter. The new squad is here and will be ready for the streets in about three days.
