Chief Deputy Nathan Brecht, haven't I? I have, haven't I?

Rep. Franson was not happy that someone had found out that she had settled the defamation lawsuit against her, was she? She wasn't, was she? Rep. Franson was especially upset that I was the one who found out about it, wasn't she? She was, wasn't she?

And the hardest question that I asked was: "So is it a matter of the public record that you're a false accuser?" wasn't it? It was, wasn't it?

7. On December 31, 2010, Mary Franson attempted suicide. From January 2011 until January 2012 she continued suffering from depression and her erratic behavior, threats of suicide, suicide attempts, and abusive conduct continued and progressed. 8. Between August 2011 and February 2012, Mary Franson sent Eric Harpel numerous text, voice, email, and chat messages concerning her depression, her suicide attempts, her abusive behavior, her erratic behavior, her use of antidepressants, her cutting herself, and her unfounded concerns of being stalked. The UMM, the college I graduated from, is currently illegally withholding public information in a criminal investigation into Prof Myers' inciting UMM students to censor and destroy UMM sanctioned newspapers. Under the principle of spoliation of evidence, the illegally withheld audio statements and the hand writing samples incriminate Prof Myers.

I did note that the STR from Myers was similar, but not exact to the STR written on the from of the paper that I had a copy of. Why would the citation be missing, huh? It's missing because you can find the active case that is being prosecuted by searching the Mn Public Access Remote by the citation number, can't you? You  can, can't you?

And the last thing that Hennepin Co. Sheriff Rich Stanek wants is for me to find out the active prosecution case number, isn't it? It is, isn't it? (West Hennepin Police Chief Kroells let it slip that Ramsey Co. is prosecuting case, didn't he?)

Hennepin Co. Sheriff Rich Stanek doesn't want a repeat of me exposing how the DWI Breathalyzer refusal (Obstruction of justice, right?) is rigged like Case No. 27-CR-14-21295 was rigged for sonny Ryan, does he? He doesn't, does he?

And so far I've found all sorts of things wrong with the paperwork for Ryan's DWI Breathalyzer refusal, haven't I? I have, haven't I?

The computer generated reports for Ryan's DWI Breathalyzer refusal fails to mention any officer's observations of odor of alcoholic beverage, condition of speech, mental state, condition of eyes nor unusual actions of Ryan, don't they? They don't, do they?

The computer generated reports for Ryan's DWI Breathalyzer refusal fails to mention the officer's performance of any field sobriety tests on Ryan, don't they? They do, don't they?

The computer generated reports for Ryan's DWI Breathalyzer refusal fails to mention if the officer read Ryan his implied consent warning, doesn't it? It does, doesn't it?

The computer generated reports for Ryan's DWI Breathalyzer refusal fails to mention if Ryan was offered or took a breathalyzer test, a blood test, or gave a urine sample, does it? It does, doesn't it?

The computer generated reports for Ryan's DWI Breathalyzer refusal fails to mention if Ryan refused to take Breathalyzer, doesn't it? It does, doesn't it?

There is nothing but a charge for DWI refusal on the computer generated paperwork, isn't there? There is, isn't there?

Will the case against Ryan "mysteriously" be dropped since the MGPD intentionally "forgot" to follow proper procedure on a DWI traffic stop? Inquiring minds want to know, don't they?

Plus, you'll notice that Ryan's signature for his property is missing from the computer generated reports, won't you? You will, won't you?

Nor is a signature found for Ryan's "Responsibility Release," is there? There isn't, is there?

Refusal to sign would be documented with "Refused to sign," wouldn't it? It would, would it?
