I would just like to have to apologize briefly to Mr. Sohn because I am - - after speaking to Ms. Picazio in the last about 24 hours or so, I’ve received some new information that I would have to now object to the condition – the – modification to allow Mr. McConnell to have unsupervised calls with his wife. Ms. Picazio has informed me that Mr. McConnell’s wife has filed a police report against Ms. Picazio in Wisconsin that had alleged – brought up some – personal relationship that Ms. Picazio had years in the past and dredged that up and had basically – had accused her of lying, that there’s a person by the name of Terry Nemors (phonetic) who has more or less represented to Ms. Picazio, as well as associates of hers, that he is representing Mr. McConnell’s wife and has been sending, for lack of a better word, intimidating emails to Ms. Picazio, associates of hers, as well as complete strangers. So, just based on that additional information, there’s some concern about the – the conversations that might be happening with Mr. McConnell’s wife. So, I would apologize to Mr. Sohn. The link took me to Sarah Westall's website where Kim stated that there were two recording between her and Jerimiah Regan. Kim admitted that she had a sexual affair with Regan when she was married. Kim stated that she did not know when or how the conversation was recorded but neither Jerimiah or Kim consented to the recording being done or being disclosed. Kim cited MN State Statute 626A.02 which states that disclosure of an electronic communication is a crime. She stated that she only wanted the recordings taken off her website. I advised I would go talk to Sarah Westall and see if she would take the recordings down. It served no legitimate purpose whatsoever, and concentrated on exposing my alleged intimate relationship with a volunteer staff member. On Monday, March 9th, 2020 I made contact with Management at the River Valley Inn and Suites to see if there were any more incidents regarding this case. Hotel Management advised me that Sheridan had checked out of the hotel on or around February 18, 2020. That is the day after Officer Lehman and I spoke with Sheridan at the hotel last. This investigation will be closed, pending any additional information. Reports that Sheridan was being held against her will were unfounded and, according to Sheridan, completely false. This case generated a significant amount of interest and information from parties not directly involved and 3rd party information posted on websites.
