9. Deputy Ross advised Nemmers of arrest warrant and instructed him to step outside the door. The deputy then attempted to open the screen door, but Nemmers pulled the door closed and advised Deputy Ross that the deputy was under arrest for "breaking and entering." On January 23, 2018 I submitted Chapter 13 data request to your corrupt Stevens County Sheriff Jason Dingman. As of today’s data I have not received the subject data that I requested in my signed informed consent form nor have I received of all the readily available, free, electronic public data that I requested 13.03 Subd. 3. (e). Instead of I have received as what I would describe as snail-mailed “Go to Hell!” letters. The first snail-mailed “Go to Hell!” was postmarked on 01-31-18 and the second snail-mailed “Go to Hell!” letter was postmarked 02-14-18. You will notice that the snail-mailed “Go to Hell!” letter postmarked 01-31-18 was backdated to cover up the fact that the subject data was not provided within the required ten (10) day time limit. 1,2 Note that the letter is backdated to January 21, 2018 when the referring to abbreviation indicates “RE: Emails Dated January 22 and 23, 2018.” See Evidence_Jordan_Dingman_Complaint.pdf.
The so-called justification for willfully refusing to proved me with my subject data and for willfully refusing to proved the incriminating readily available, free, electronic, public data was that I allegedly owed a bill for paper copies that I never requested. Not surprising my demand for a justification and an itemization of the fraudulent charges pursuant to 13.03 Subd. 3.(d) have also been ignored. Not surprising my demand to change the falsified information on my public portion of my initial criminal complaint ICR# 17004643 pursuant to Chapter 13.04 Subd. 4 has also been ignored.

8. Appellant subsequently sued Someplace Safe and Jaquelyn Maethner in Otter Tail District Court. Appellant’s Complaint alleged that Someplace Safe and Jacquelyn Maethner defamed him.
